sprig
Murray has been invited to the Canadian Junior Evaluation Camp. I believe Parise is still young enough to play for the US, again, isn't he. How about Greene and Jones (would guess they are to old).

I believe Parise would still be eligible, as he will only be 19 during the tournament. Greene and Jones are too old I think.
dagies
Invited to the US camp are Parise, Smaby, Stafford. With Murray going to the Candian camp, it's a pretty good representation of our recruiting class. Will be interesting to see how many of these guys make the team. I believe I read that Mike Eaves will be the coach on that team. WI has 5 players invited to the US team camp. What if they all make it? No one would be left to play any college games on the schedule!
The Sicatoka
Here are the forwards invited to the Canadian camp as listed at CanadianHockey.ca And here is the whole invited roster for Team USA. Both are PDFs. Brady Murray is page 16 of 24 in the first link.
jk
I've seen photos of him before and thought the same thing then, but I just can't get over what a baby-face Brady Murray has. There were older looking kids in my son's fifth-grade class last year.
dagies
An article from Hockey's Future with a blurb on Murray. http://www.hockeysfuture.com/article.php?s...hreaded&order=0 Here's my favorite part of his write-up: Adept at finding the seams in a defense, Murray can carry the puck from goal-line to goal-lineHere is a quote from another HF article regarding the Kings top 20 prospects, which lists Murray at 14 (don't know if that is necessarily in any particular order) 14. sioux fan in phoenix
The missing link to the 1st line will officially arrive in 2 months; should be THE most explosive offensive unit in college hockey. Now, if the 3rd & 4th lines step it up, even marginally, we should be ok offensively.

Rick
Murray has been very impressive at the Canadian camp. It is my understanding that Brady is rated the 5th best forward on the Canadian team. Not too bad for a kid who hasn't even played in a college game yet.
sioux fan in phoenix
Wasn't he quoted a few months ago in a Herald article as saying that he planned on staying at UND 4 years to fine-tune his game? Not that there's any guarantee he'll stay, but it'd sure be nice. Gritty & Fast? Kinda sounds like Jason Blake...
