GeauxSioux Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Is it my imagination or are the Sioux finally starting to look relaxed and playing better?
Stromer Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 So are we going to see either Michigan or ND make beating BC look so easy on Sat or will they overcome their own hurdles?
UNDintheNHL Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 I'm thinking the reason Lammy wasnt pulled is because this IS his last game......the ultimate insult would be to pull him, with Walski not being able to help them win any more than Lammy can at this point......so keep him in. let him at least finish his last game as a Sioux in the net.....
SiouxFanatic Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 yeah but that wasnt the question...... I know but it sounds better saying that than knowing they put 6 pucks past our goalie in this game.
gopherz Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Drug induced coma. That's pretty funny Especially if they are selling alcohol there, which I guess they are. Many Sioux friends that go to UND are pretty sloshed when I called them just recently, haha
UNDintheNHL Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 hahahah Lammy running out of his net again....gah he cracks me up.... whatever I find to get ym mind off of this crap
SiouxMD Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 That's pretty funny Especially if they are selling alcohol there, which I guess they are. Many Sioux friends that go to UND are pretty sloshed when I called them just recently, haha IIRC...the NCAA doesn't allow alcohol at championship events.

Many Sioux friends that go to UND are pretty sloshed when I called them just recently, haha Since it's an NCAA event I don't think they can sell alcohol? Not positive but I'm pretty sure they don't sell alcohol at NCAA events.

I agree.
gopherz Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 I heard something along the lines of it wasn't against policy but they don't usually do it or something? Maybe it was because events aren't on campus? I figured it was like the Metrodome for Gopher games where they sell alcohol
SiouxFanatic Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 4:00 min PP for the Sioux. Let's avoid the shutout!...PLEASE!!
UNDintheNHL Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 OK guys....4:00 to get a goal of PP time......lets please not get shutout
Bob in Wisconsin Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Alright, we gotta drop em on that douche with the high stick.
GeauxSioux Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 I asked my 2-year old "can the Sioux score one goal?" "No, they can't" Brutally honest.
NDviaEP Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 I'm sorry, I'll be a sioux fan tomorrow... I'm just too embarrased for today...
jojordan23 Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 What I can't comprehend is how Lammy can shut BC out for 2 periods on their home ice, and just gets shelled on the big stage by them. I don't blame him, this was a team loss, plain and simple. I just can't figure out where this team disappears to for the last 3 Frozen Fours.
gopherz Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 They just lost all their drive in this 3rd, its getting painful to watch, even for me. That powerplay was just...lacking
SiouxFanatic Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Getting shutout is just extra salt to the wound.
NDviaEP Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Well, I've seen some amazing 2nd halves in my 4 years at UND... 1 championship loss and 3 frozen4 losses to BC... so exciting and ridiculously frusterating at the same time...

I figured it was like the Metrodome for Gopher games where they sell alcohol The Alerus sells alcohol during the season for UND football since it is off campus. During the playoffs, they can't. NCAA policy.
