jk Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 This one wasn't meant to be. No Trupp, Genoway or Oshie, and they still carried a lot of the play. They were playing a nice shut-down game in the third, with just the one flurry by SC with 7 minutes left, followed by the Kaip paip. The late penalty was probably a penalty, but it burns a little after the no-call in Friday's OT, which was much more egregious. No bounces for the Sioux this weekend; have to hope they're saving them up for the playoff push. Quote

nodak hockey fanatic Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 post game comments by hak... gutty effort, should have got the w, scsu had nothing going except on the pp have alot of guys not 100% between injuries and flu not a loss, but doesn't feel good, but proud of how the boys battled, especially having to juggle lines when tj went out use the week to heal up (hopefully quickly) hak said 2 or 3 times that scsu had nothing going except their pp lets sweep the huskies next week! school record 17 game unbeaten streak, keep it going!
