jk Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Pretty rotten turn of events here. When you're winning, things just go your way. In this game, pucks have found DU sticks. Sioux shots have found pipes. Not that the Sioux have been perfect, but they haven't been 1-4 bad. Quote
siouxbear1 Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Might be time for someone to drop 'em tonight. If so, better do it quick to light a fire. When my son is in goal and this situation arises, I PRAY they pull him!!!! lol Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Might be time for someone to drop 'em tonight. If so, better do it quick to light a fire. Will a DU player drop 'em though? They have a limited roster, with some of their guys already out. Not sure if they would go when they have such a substantial lead. Quote

If I was a DU player and a Sioux player tried to get me to drop the gloves, I'd just chuckle and go on my way. Quote
keikla Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Is it me, or has this been the longest 2nd period EVER. Let's go PP Quote
neoflex Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Someone please put the Varsity team in! Quote
kfah1 Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Lots of diddling with the puck on that poor PP Quote
Ray77 Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 I didn't see the 1st period, but from what little I read out here it seemed pretty good. What happened? The Sioux look uninspired, un-enthusiastic, flat-footed...what's the deal? This looks horrible. Quote
neoflex Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Are they using broomsticks? as they are not able to handle the puck right now as evidence from that last power play. Quote

keikla Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 is VV injured, they have malone up on the 2nd line Quote
kfah1 Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 JPL keeps it from being a 5-1 game. Good save... Quote
siouxbear1 Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Shoot the puck already -- not sure how they are going to score if they don't shoot those. Thank God JP was on that one! Quote
neoflex Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 This game should easily 6-1 right now. Quote
dagies Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Sometimes it seems like a team has so much confidence that they know everything they do is going to work and Denver looks like that right now. Quote
keikla Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 This game should easily 6-1 right now. True, but if you count the pipe as a goalie's best friend, it could also be 4-3 Quote
kfah1 Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Genoway on the rebound! Goal!!! No... looked like a rebound. Reviewing it... Goal! Quote
