Nothing against the goalies, but are those stats because WCHA goalies are so much better then other conferences' goalies, or because the conference with the most talent (WCHA) doesn't allow that talent to prosper? Big A HG
Nothing against the goalies, but are those stats because WCHA goalies are so much better then other conferences' goalies, or because the conference with the most talent (WCHA) doesn't allow that talent to prosper? Both If we had any consistent scoring, we'd easily be where CC is, or better. Without that though, it might be a disappointing season at the end. The Sicatoka
Who was supposed to call Miami and tell them they had a game Friday?
The Sicatoka
Another high scoring friday for the WCHA. 1 goal by 5 of the 8 teams in action. How about four games (plus 10 minutes of overtime!), 16 total goals. And half of those goals scored in just one game (CC 5, SCSU 3). Blech! http://board.uscho.com/showthread.php?t=75649
Gopherguy33
The best road for you may be to have Miami get a #1 and UND be in that region. They will likely, barring a gopher like appearance, win the first game. Having a WCHA first round opponent being avoided, it ends up a nice road to Denver. The only thing that would bother me with that is that we aren't used to advancing to the Frozen Four with a cake walk regional. I'm afraid that would be kinda embarrassing for the team.
