Arizona was really FAST on the edges, no reason to run those plays when they can’t stop the power run. The only wide run I saw was Henderson and makes me worried for our game because we are not as fast as Arizona.

Why don’t they play their backup then? You know you would take their QB room over ours.

I guess, but he still led that team to another title. They brought in that transfer because their QBs are young, and most don’t start til jr or sr year. I’m not looking forward to playing him this year!

Now their season is incomplete, even a title won’t make up for losing their FBS game to some of their fans. They better get used to it because unless they start paying P5 NIL money they won’t be able to recruit elite talent to Fargo. Elite talent will go to a P5 school out of HS or will get poached by the P5 if they are elite in their early years. Recruiting elite players to come win championships isn’t going to sell like it used to.

He had a couple nice throws to Hunter for TDs, maybe they don’t stretch it out because no one can get open, Henderson is their only burner. Sproles is a joke. Cam is a great QB

Hunter could not be stopped by the Arizona 3-4 . It’s going to be a nightmare to play him, he is the only threat I’m worried about on that team.

That stress sucks knowing we lost those tight games last year! Feels so much better to win those! I had a bad feeling we left way too much time on the clock! Glad that didn’t bite us but good knowing we score there. Tommy with another game winning drive! penalties killed us and many were not our fault, good to overcome those because they really killed drives and extended theirs! lots of injuries it seems this game, hopefully nothing too serious

Of course UND Football Fan and Midwestern Hawk would bring this thread back to life to try and find something negative to complain about before the kickoff of our actual game! Nebraska was UNDs first game of the year. Hard to expect your best game in that first game. Man it is sad this game is going to haunt YOU TWO the rest of the year! polls say UND could be a playoff team but it is a long season with a ton of big games left.
