I’m normally really nervous leading up to and during the games. Didn’t have that feeling at all tonight. I didn’t think we would for sure win so wasn’t going to get worked up with high expectations. Sad that I didn’t have those expectations for this super talented team. Knew there was hope we could pull it off after getting down 2 goal all the way until those last seconds clicked off. Sad day I don’t expect us to make any deep runs anymore……..

What going on with only 7 pages of gameday thread? Where did all the hockey fans go? There are way more hockey only fans than football only fans. I just wonder why the football forum is more active than the hockey one on a game day. I’m a fan of both. Been to multiple times more hockey games than football this last decade. Also both teams have deserved high scrutiny the last few years too.

Or the UND football team of the D2 days? Denominate the regular season then choke in the playoffs…..

The loss sucked today because we had that game in our grasps. Funny thing is even after the loss I feel very optimistic this team has what it take to win the summit tourney.

James and Blake on a hot streak in March and April would be huge for this team. Nice warm up this weekend, bigger and better WMU will not be giving up like Duluth did on Friday. No reason why we can’t sweep next weekend
