You made me turn, at least it didn't get political in the questions, ya right!! Still pumping Russian Collusion, wake up retards!!
-
Adding Iramurphy to the injury report, MRI on Monday. I bet he's good to go the rest of the year regardless.
-
Yikes- Was the cab on a truck smashed in yet? Some trucks had 20-30 jumping in them, shocks and struts blown on one. I saw the cops playing some games, tossing the football around. Heal up Doc!!
-
Who visited the student section of tailgating?? It was quite the scene, fun to see!!
-
You are in luck. We have a FB Alum in Mizzou who is going to set up a tailgate spot for us!!
-
Alerus boasts about the great acoustics, so it should be tweaking the system. It sounded good to me.
-
$3,150 now!! I think we'll get there with a few exciting games and wins.
-
I think it will be over 12,000 pretty easy -

Fighting Hawkerchiefs and the Hawk Walk 2 hours before the game, should be fun!!

True. Happened in practice, which is only slightly better than happening in a game against that crappy of an opponent. I'd be pissed if I were an SU fan, losing a number of guys for the season in a meaningless game. (Still pissed UND scheduled the same crappy team) DeLuca is likely out for the year but will know more after surgery.

This is how it builds, 1 guy at a time. Extend the tailgating times, reconfigure some things next year, winning team, and the atmosphere will continue to grow. Nice Work!!

Corporate tents, too, you will see in Tailgate Village, these come with ticket packages.

Sorry, the '99 QB was telling me while he did play by play, so 00's is correct. Thanks for that.
-
All things considered against that defense and crowd I thought Keaton performed well. If that's the stat line this week......oh boy, that'd be terrible. I know in the 00's, under Muss, the QB had a run play and pass play option almost every single down.
-
Self Reliance and Hearty People.....doesn't fit the narrative -

Time to fire their strength and condition coach, right? That's always the guy responsible. (I am kidding or course)
-
Mighty Joe Prothroe, the 'All American' for Cal Poly had 9 carries, 25 yards, and a knee injury, left the game. I wonder who's the bright guy that said he wouldn't hold up the entire season.....38 carries and being tackled on full back dives the QB pulls. (= to 45-50 attempts) Anyway, I didn't wish him to get injured, just pointed out he nor anyone else can take that beating a full season. And yes, he is overrated, his backup lead the team in rushing. How is that possible?? Glad we dodged him and a for sure loss last year.
-
You could say the same thing about your QB, too, and his pass protection. We have an experienced offense, and that's why some or most were expecting more than the basics.
-
I agree. I am disappointed in this loss, any loss.

I watched both games, every play, and watched Iowa 2 other games. I disagree. Utah has more high end athletes than Iowa, and those guys are the difference makers. Compare QB's and WR's just to start.

I took from a couple guys their thoughts. It was clear heading into this game a 'typical' game plan for the UND offense probably wasn't going to work. So why did we do it? I'm not sure. Maybe I'm just a little less risk adverse than the staff. We even had UofUUtes tell us we couldn't run on Utah, right to our face, we didn't listen. I kinda disagree with UofUUtes that we couldn't throw on Utah, cause 1. we did, and 2. we pass protected damn well. Just imagine, UND gets an interception on Utah's 1st drive of the game, which happened. UND offense Play #1, play action pass to the speedster Izzy over the top for a TD, and schematically the rest of the game we are mentally prepared to run a little different game against Utah. What a difference that would of made!! My take away is - UND is probably OK against the remaining regular season running a 'typical' offensive game plan. We will not see that type of D-line again. But say a team like Montana, or NDSU in the play-offs has our run game stopped, are we going to figure it out or just play to keep the game respectable, and that's my biggest issue with the game last night.
-
Yes. Utah shouldn't have any issues with BYU but rivalries can get weird sometimes. I see a pretty big difference in talent. BYU game plan - Arial Assault.
-
You gotta be kidding knocking Studsrud in this game. Did you see Utah's D-line play? Utah had 1 safety and 1 corner that were lights out, too. I feel the only way some will be happy with Studsrud is if he throws a touchdown pass blind folded, just to prove he isn't locked on a WR.

Just seeing if you'd go with a better team (2008-09 Undefeated Utes) or better players in the 2017 Utes (or even last years 2016 Utes with 16 guys on NFL rosters)
