UNI usually doesn't have much offense so their 3 points doesn't surprise me, but giving up 27 in the first half does. I'll love it when they are 0-2 after next week.

My prediction is Quincy trots out for the 2nd time in the 2nd quarter....we have the ball at our own 45 yard line. He lines up in the Shotgun, takes the snap...takes two steps forward to fake a run, pulls up....and dumps it off to a streaking Zavalney over the middle who got behind the safeties.....and takes it to the house. Although not sure on his speed....he might get caught from behind. Really sucks Maag is probably out today, and even more so OL starter out.

This is funny, because you flat out stated the other day you don't think Bubba will have the team ready to play and you said you thought we would lose. So which is it, do you think we are going to win, or do you think we are going to lose? I don't think anybody on the team is going down there just for the experience, they sure as heck better be in the mindset to win. I'm hoping we play a perfect game and get some breaks and pull off an upset.

I agree....we were saying that 5 years ago and it has felt like a broken record. Tom Miller also said this is the deepest team we've had at the FCS level, so it has improved from 5 years ago and I'd agree that it is better. Still room to improve though, and we will probably always be saying trying to improve depth. Outside of NDSU....and maybe SDSU, every other school is probably saying it right now too.
