I don't even think it would have been that close. I'm thinking more like 63. They would have been more pumped up to crush UND than any other team.Just curious and hypothetical... if UND and SU had played this year how bad of a beatdown would it have been? I say 45 point margin.

I am not a fan of Hakstol and never have been. If he was fired who would we hire? What if then the new coach sent the team on a quick ride downhill? Would people be mad that Hakstol was fired? The only thing I would like to see him do is when something is not working change your plan.

It would be sweet though to see the shootout loss bite the rodents tail though.I was trying to tell the original poster that the shootout loss (to MSU) does matter as MSU gained an extra point by winning that game. Nationally it goes down as a tie but within the Big10 it does matter. However UMN will take down the conference so in all reality it probably won't mean much. But.....a shootout win, thus the extra pt, does actually matter.

I was thinking a little too resonable. But then you never where trying to make a dime.Despite sharing shipping costs for the order + adding on an additional $5-$7 to ship hats, I think the price for custom hats was still reasonable. You wouldn't find a similar hat with a Sioux logo on it at REA for less than $30.

I figured everyone would pay you. I was thinking with shipping etc., and not charging enough, a good day would be to break even.I was a bit worried about that possibility happening on the first order but outside of having to put a severed horse's head in Wilbur's bed in order to get him to pay up, I had zero problems in getting reimbursed.

I'm lost here. Ha ha. Seriously how could that point not matter in league play? Say one team is 7-3 for 21 points (3 for win). The other is 6-2-1 getting an extra point for the shoot win for 20 points. The last team is 6-2-1 shootout loss for 19 points. Am I off somewhere on this?Ok, got me there. I was trying to make a point that the shootout loss actually matters. You noted the game (thus that extra point) did not matter whatsoever.

But not for standing up. There were no big shots sitting behind them then that occasionaly like to look at the ice.Times have changed. In the Old Ralph, ushers did not come down to the student section to talk to students. It was armed police. :-)

Or football having a punt, pass, and kick contest.Just go back to 5 on 5 and let ties happen. The shoot-out is akin to MLB not playing extra innings and letting the game be decided by a home-run hitting contest.

It was not fighting legally that really annoyed them. What annoyed them was the fact that someone did not fall in line. Who had the power? The NCAA. Who tried to tell the power they were not going to listen? UND.So fighting legally to try and keep what you love is "snubbing"?

Sandy's are good doughnuts. Give Hugo's a little credit though. Their Persians with cream cheese, german chocolate frosting, or maple frosting are good. Their mocha bars are real good. And for commercial lefse it is easily the best. Most grocery stores though do not make very good doughnuts. The old Chicken Scratch bakery, I think that was it's name in Hillsboro, use to make the best fricking cake doughnuts.I think everyone is so used to Hugo's mediocre donuts that they actually believe Tim Horton's to be good, but they're not. If anyone gets to West Fargo, check out Sandy's Donuts.

What? You never thought UND's lawsuit was ever going to have repurcussions?blows me away that they award an on campus regional to notre dame but instead of taking the ralph and the cash cow that would be they give it to scheel's arena, not a bad consolation prize for und fans though. still looks like the ncaa has hard feelings as they screwed the ralph out of a women's frozen four as well.

I think the middle school dance is long over. Well at least it is for some of us. Besides that did none of you think that UND's snubbing their noses at the NCAA was never going to have repurcussions. Now you are getting a taste.....and UND,the AD,the fans,the players,every coach ever,anyone who makes less money than him(which in his mind is everyone),and anything anyone ever brings up. Oh wait, that last one is Smokey.
