Our defense put bison defense to shame. The missed holding at the goal line was huge. Either a safety or the ball at the 1 ft. Line instead of a 4 yd gain. Huge. Our Dline is rock solid.

360guys posted this clip of the holding NOT called after the punt to the 1/2 yard line. This missed call was huge.

Louder than when UCD found out it sucks to play in the Alerus. My Prediction: I picked North Dakota in the spring. That was a mistake. At this point, the state of North Dakota belongs to the Bison until proven otherwise (at least in football). It sort of feels like the Valley has two teams that are playing at the level of an FBS team right now, and the Bison are one of them. If the game were in Fargo, I would feel very comfortable picking the Bison. The fact that it is in Grand Forks and the Bison are untested relative to the rest of the league gives me reason to believe UND has more than a puncher’s chance to win it. That said, no offense to my friends in Grand Forks, but I gotta go with NDSU here. I have the NDSU 34-24. Either way I am looking forward to it.

The UND offensive line, anchored by AllAmerican left tackle Matt Waletzko, has only surrendered one sack and 14 negative plays in 217 plays this season (6.4%). In comparison, the Bison offensive line has surrendered 10 negative plays in 169 snaps (5.9%).
