You’re comparing Berry to one of the very best Und coaches though, at least from an accolades standpoint. That’s a tough draw. I still believe it’s early and he does have a natty (even if it was Hak’s squad…you still have to win which Hak never did). If we don’t make the tourney or we get bounced round 1…then we can start questioning what’s going on. 2016 is getting fairly dated conserving the only win since then was a 1 vs 16 seed (I believe).

That they’re looking for a program that will come in and travel to opposing team rinks. It makes sense for us to join, I slightly can rationalize why they may want us, but highly doubt it ever does happen.

Do you follow general recruiting? I do. im not going to go back 10, but looking back 3 and looking forward…I kind of see what going on. Even MSU has some heavy weights. I mean, we’ll continue to be good and pluck kids here and there (especially Canadians) but I’m not so convinced we’ll keep up with the top big 10 teams from a blue chip standpoint. We’ll have to back fill with over agers. also (as a reread your entire post)…there’s a difference between great recruiting and bad recruiting. Very large space. I never even closely insinuated the “sky is falling” or we stink at recruiting.

Why are 90% + of all the top recruits goi g there then?

True but it’s November tomorow and our NC record isn’t great. We’ve played good teams but I thought our record would be a click better. Getting absolutely dominated by ASU in everything other than the final score was a bit odd. And I actually think ASU will be a solid squad this year. That was no Washington generals squad.

Things are messy that’s for sure. Season isn’t over today but at the moment we are a fairly average team. Need our skilled upperclassman to step up a bit. We need to put our skilled guys up in the lineup.

We actually had like 8 shots early on in the first too. Wheels fell off bad. we have enough grit to hang in there with some good teams, but this squad feels like last years team. Patchwork quilt, fairly disjointed. Too many guys in out etc. i mean why is James sitting? Too many question marks…hopefully they pop out of this and at the very least have a respectable season.
