I’m with you. This team is too talented to not turn this around. Looking forward, I’m a little worried about our pipeline. We have a couple nice ones…but it is a bit thin. I really do like our frosh class this year, but it’s tough to put a ton of reliance on them unless we’re talking about 1st round type talent. Crossing my fingers we turn this around and start landing some big time recruits. May have to wait a year for the 07 crop.

Curious if we were ever in on Zach Nehring out of Minot. Second leading scorer for shattuck prep.

I’ve never heard of him. Overager from some town as Gaber. Looks to be a depth add. You never know though.

Because these players have all been on good, average, and bad teams. They’ve lost before. We are fans of the one of the best college hockey programs and losses are not very frequent at all. There have been downswings with this program but it’s been awhile. Hopefully we aren’t entering one of those. We have regular season success recently but right now we aren’t that scary ND program we used to be.

The worst part about this is that we’re really old, brought in a nice frosh class, preseason top 3. Man looking really really average basically got dominated by their freshman class.

They simply have better (more skilled) players.

Boys are going to have to go on a nice run here soon. Too many guys in and out of the lineup, constant line changes, etc. They look like a new team with no chemistry every game. At this point if I was Berry I wouldn’t tinker with anything for a while

Does that make our season all that better. Knowing the difference in resources we have over them…they should never be in the conversation with us from a competitiveness standpoint. After their success, a let down was bound to happen eventually. They shouldn’t be able to reload like us.

That’s what I’ve been thinking. Some much line switching, getting a bit desperate. someone else pointed out, one reg win in the last 8. That’s actually really bad for this program. Need to turn it around tonight. Denver wasn’t that much better than us, we just have a tough time actually winning. Need to stay out of the box. sure these are games against top ranked teams but if we can’t win any games-lessor opponents get that much more important. Zero margin for error.

These boys need something to wake them up. They were supposed to be a lot better than this. And yes I realize DU is good.
