Freshman coming in, portal goalie who’s had decent numbers, ridiculously old team, very experienced D core, very high preseason rankings from those “in the know”, very high expectations from the coaching staff…etc.

I wasn’t overly happy with how that all went down, but this team should be a ton better. They are underperforming significantly.

On a lessor note, curious when Perron picks it back up. Boy has he went cold. He seems to slow down without Celebrini. Curious if it impacts his draft stock.

Pretty excited about these two. Both highly skilled, Boisvert obviously a bigger kid. Swanson plays on a much better line. Should be fun watching these guys in a couple years.

Yeah, kind of unfortunate but the best 13 year olds aren’t always the best 18/19/20 yr olds. I think we’re going to see more of this. Couple of our commits have fallen off a bit. On the flip side..kids like Mike Emerson get picked up. Win win sort of. When kids commit it goes both ways, they get a shot but they must keep developing.
