  1. Constantini having a nice start too.
  2. Basically all the big schools. Those schools you listed were in the discussion. But I will say, sometimes It has to be done. If “said” recruit isn’t developing or putting in the work. Sometimes tough decisions have to be made. I was more shocked when this guy randomly named dropped Sandy has never pulling a spot/scholly from a commit. I’m guessing that’s a great recruiting tool if I’m a parent of a player.
  3. When everyone around you is going to a certain level, the team has told you the entire year what the plan is…and then the plan changes at the 12th hr…sometimes you have to take a hard look at what’s going on. Kid wanted to play college puck and he chose to do so. Zero fault whatsoever on the kid. Doesn’t change my thoughts on the program or coaching staff as a whole…just a bad situation all around. Interesting info I just heard from an advisor…Sandy has never went back on his word, or pulled an offer. Pretty crazy if true. He told me the worst offenders and it’s interesting to say the least. I can’t corroborate this info, just what I heard from one guy.
  4. …and that’s the beauty of agreeing to disagree
  5. Did Strathmann already sign his NLI sometime last year?
  6. We can agree to disagree on the “in the stands” comment.
  7. The answer was either Hain or Sendon. Both had better years than Spicer (and hindsight is 20/20)…but that decision might not look as good moving forward. onto this weekends series…still salty about that decision. I predict a Sioux sweep.
  8. Spicer seems to be having a solid true soph year. Just going to leave this right here Who did we keep over him again?
  9. …just committed to Michigan
  10. He’s pretty tough to hit
  11. Hutson might be the most dynamic player I’ve seen play college puck in a bit. And there have been some good ones lately. Celebrini obviously the real deal too. He’ll go 1.
  12. Only issue i have is never getting James a decent look.
  13. We played a solid game one that could have been won. Held a high scoring team pretty well. We need a PP here quickly. Our zone entries are brutal…they look nervous as they’re setting it up. Nothing looks smooth.
  14. Pp is killing us
  15. Boy that stunk.
  16. Not the greatest start…they look a lot faster than us.
  17. Super tough situation…really unfortunate actually. I wouldn’t go there to be honest. TA was an unreal youth player, got a look with NTDP….something happened with that injury his first year of junior. Never quite bounced back. I’m guessing it’s a confidence deal now. The fact he isn’t putting up numbers in the BC is pretty telling. I’m hoping everything works out for him.
  18. There’s nothing left. Scalpers wtf
  19. Agreed…the Eiserman deal hurt them for sure. Even if MN misses out on some of the blue chips, they basically backfill with a bunch of overager studs. MN is so full of higher end players it’s silly. Gruba will be a very good college player some day. He fits the mold of player we typically get, that’s why I was so interested.
  20. Really? Those two are huge gets, Mooney…they’re doing just fine. Eiserman obv a downer but I still don’t think he plays a college season.
  21. Obviously haha
  22. Would definitely be a solid way at convincing him to go gophs
  23. I’m guessing he’ll wear maroon and gold but I do think he’s a player you make a push for.
  24. Just going to repost this. Fairly clear now that Gruba may just be a player you make room for. Coaches should be in touch with him. Close to home too.
