Totally agree. Last year's team was injured, young and pretty inexperienced. This year's team is basically the same only better goalies. Yes we lost Blood and Brock but we also added some decent players. I was hoping to come out of the gates strong. They have looked good at time but great teams can potentially dominate on any given night. UND plays so inconsistent at times that I feel really good team (BC, etc) would not have that "fear factor" of playing us at the end of the year. I am not saying that they would 100% beat us, but the biggest edge to have, I believe, is a great record.

I want that.

Just thought I'd throw it out there....Brock Nelson is having a great start to the year in the "A". Maybe his decision was accurate. He is having a great start (9 pts in 9 games) and the "A" is loaded with talent right now. I'm guessing he makes the big club when the labor dispute is resolved.

I would say 80/20 OHL over NCAA based on the publicity he's been getting lately...regarding Mccoshen.

But he's stuck with two players who cannot keep up....IMHO. I have started to notice that. That type of line works against poor competition but against the Goofs or other top notch teams they won't even be noticed most likely. I believe he should be playing with Kristo and Knight and they would be a top 2 line in the country. Park-Rowney-Mac is a top ten line and their third and fourth lines would have some solid you skill and time to build chemistry going into future years.

He obviously means they played an exhibition game on Friday...which doesn't count.....which also isn't reflected in the national rankings.

I was going to post the same thing a few days ago...but thought I would catch some heat. Yes, his point totals are troubling given the team is undefeated. I heard some say we should see what Luke does with Kevin Roy off his line. He was taken off his line during the second half of last year and during the playoffs which Luke really struggled to find his groove. I'm sure he will turn things around. He may be hurt too (didn't play last weekend).
