I have no doubt that MN and BC are the two best teams in the country....my problem is all the ECAC and other small schools ahead of us.

We have 3 more losses and we are playing much better teams. The best team they played is Mankato and Mankota lost to both Duluth and SCSU. Look at Ferris' losses, Colgate twice (their best losses), St. Lawrence, swept by Mankato, lost to MTU, Bemidji, swept by Alaska. They really have 0 good wins. Go look at their schedule....it's hilarious.

Who has Ferris beat? I know they were swept by Alaska recently.

I get MN....although they have a soft schedule, relatively speaking, they do only have 4-5 losses all year. They deserve #1 in my opinion. Mich and Mank state confuse me.

Marchand is as avg as you get...he's lucky he got to play with PB for so long.

I can't figure it out either. Duluth has beat mn, uno has beat Wisconsin, everyone has beat michigan. Another shocker is why Mankato state is so high, Duluth and scsu handled them...who have they beat?

Michigan has lost to everyone, included the NTDP. They would be a middle of the road team in the NCHC, which is not a bad thing (comparisions which come to mind are WMU, UMD, Denver, UNO) . Wisconsin's schedule is one step above a joke. The problem for UND is that we didn't have an high end teams on our schedule, no BC or MN. The BU series killed us.

Very true, I lean towards und being very aware of what their opponent can do if we don't play well, however, stats don't lie. I'm calling a 4-3 und win. Hopefully the boys can score first and stay out of the box.

To me it was the timing of his initial post. It was literally right after we had won Sunday night. He new UND fans were excited about the victory (even though the team played poorly) and he decided to post something negative (that many of us were thinking anyway). The timing wasn't very classy if you ask me. I would never post something on GPL after the gopher loss to Michigan Saturday night attempting to piss people off. Had he waited a day or two to chime in I wouldn't have cared....I simply understood what he was trying to do, it was very obvious. Typically his posts aren't bad though.
