Right, then maybe move Caggs off that line. That would work too. I typically like spreading the wealth over the top 3 lines. Mixing in some upperclassman. It is typically easier to shut down one line. I also see LJ having a much better year this year than in years past. These top lines must play D too....so I was thinking about it from that point as well. we'll see, it will all depend on boeser's impact.

I like these too. i think the Finnish kid would easily beat on Gardner. You never know though. I've read that JJ plays a very responsible game.

I definitely thought that too. One thing I have seen from boeser is that in many cases he creates his own opportunities. My thinking is that bubs won't put cags, schmaltz and boeser together. And to oxbows point these are lines to begin the season. I could see gersich or Wilkie move up (or down) depending on how they handle the speed adjustment from juniors. Sonny Milano bolted too. The M. reilly departure is like salt in their wounds. NCAA and the NHL need to fix that loop hole. Its hurting college hockey. I would be so confused by this. He's already offensively gifted and has size. He put up good points in college, why would he take a step down in age group to put up video game numbers against boys. I don't typically knock the CHL leagues however this one makes little sense.

Well we agree on some things then;)

1. no nickname (this was done too fast and I am not a huge fan of any of the remaining names) 2. North Stars (or some other variation) 3.roughriders, tied with fighting hawks, but barely 4. Nodaks 7. Sundogs (shouldn't even be 7 because it is unacceptable) Let the bashing begin. Remember personal opinion only guys.

You act like I bash the rr nickname daily, I don't. it is actually tied for third on my listing, I voted for it on this forum. I just poke fun here and there with you guys going back and forth with all your "facts". you're a little too intense oxbow. I'll back out of this one.

I simply said I don't hear too much support for rr outside of this forum. just because I don't profess my love for rr everyday, multiple times a day doesn't mean I don't care what the nickname will be. I havent even posted the choice I hope for over a month. you can't say the same.

Exactly. Also , the only thing hold slavin back was the signing bonus. He was getting low-balled and the Canes finally came back and gave him a good deal.

Supposedly he was shafted on his signing bonus after the season however that was upped today. He got what he was looking for.
