I've follwed a lot of these players since juniors (and some even before) Und has a nice crop right now. Slightly thinner on the back end (compared to prior Und teams) but Denver has butcher and some other role guys. No studs. Poolman and ausmus should be able to cancel out butcher. Then we have wolanin. Our D should be better. On forward we both have two first rounders that cancels. Then our forward group is full of prior ushl studs. Slightly younger, but higher end then Denver. Tough weekend...we needed that game Friday. I think this team starts winning games and will be a tough tourney team but there's a lot to fix to get to the FF.

How is DU more experienced?

Besides Friday night against MN I haven't felt like any team we've played is better. We just can't find ways to win. Even against UMD (Friday night), I thought we'd come back. They're in a bad funk right now. I'd go to tomek Friday night and shuffle the lines. And I don't think cam has played bad, he's just not stealing games either.

Interesting you bring that up because we don't have any high end D men coming in. Next year should be scary.

This team is severely under performing. And remember, these other teams were losing to lost just as many players as we did (plus or minus a few). And our remaining players should be better. Our problem isn't so much the D, it's a lack of puck possession in the o zone. And our special teams is a joke. Shake the lines up coach.

Not sure if it's because I watch the Blackhawks (and coach Q), but these guys need a line shuffle in the worst way.

No they didn't....we've both lost a lot since last year.

Oh I thought you were trying to justify having a pk in the 70's. I'm teasing, in all honestly a lot has to do with bad luck. Because anything in the 70s is very very very bad.

We were at 78.8 prior to he last penalty....per my tv screen. But....90 is what you shoot for. My point was that our pk is a hot mess.

Our pk is 79....and that's beyond garbage.

Everyone keeps saying we lost a lot of players....and we did. But Denver lost a ton of players too...and they aren't as deep of a team as we typically are.

Definitely agree on the release part....needs to get quicker. its been pretty cool offensively lately

Brock's trying to do too much and jost isn't getting involved. Jost needs to lead his own line. Split them up at even strength
