  1. haha...he's looked fine so far tonight. There's your witch hunt starting early. Right when you posted this Peski made a nice pass to Ausmus who subsequently turned it over.
  2. Are these boys getting hurt in practice? Shaw seemed ok last Saturday.
  3. The Dogs that just lost to the worst U18 team of the last 5-6 years? Come on man.
  4. Frisch from Moorehead commited, that's a pretty big get for Berry.
  5. Go backwards through all the posts. Look at the BSU gameday posts. I'm not calling you out specifically. I'm out.
  6. Poolman is dynamic.....can create offense by himself. Is 23 years old in his junior year. He was still running all over the ice game one. Let's not turn this around as me bashing Pooman.....guy is one of my faves. But he was still all over the place. The point is....that mocking freshmen (repeatedly) for playing like freshman is odd. Especially this early in the season. If it was one post...i probably wouldn't have commented. But repeatedly bashing the kid and calling out his mistakes on the web is aggressive. Everyone watching the game could see he struggled Friday. I was there, believe me I was cussing too. If he's still doing this in two years I'll agree with you.
  7. Because over and over folks are calling out a freshmen for making mistakes. These mistakes will happen, berry knows they will happen. Freshmen will get better, if they don't they won't play. If peski keeps screwing up he'll sit, he looked solid the first few games and fine the first two periods of Saturday night. You don't write a kid off 4 games into his freshmen year. Some of these posters act like they know a thing or two about the game. College hockey is tough. But....they're 5-0, on to UMD. Hopefully wolanin is back.
  8. How about poolman running all over the ice game 1? Giving up at least three (I counted) odd man rushes. Or ausmus pinching terribly and leaving peski all alone. No one mentions any of this, I wonder why?
  9. You are way too worked up after a sweep. Young kids, more likely than not, will get better . Peski was a solid prospect. Good ushl player last year.
  10. Pump the brakes a bit. Kids young, his first two periods were solid last night. Peski is a much better dman than Bowen.
  11. I had problems with the Manitoba game and RPI....worked perfectly tonight.
  12. You're correct the D needs to improve. I'm chalking this up to a below average game, those happen. We're lucky we have a few guys that can take over. I thought all three frosh dmen had their poor moments, 4 and 6 had some pretty terrible pinches. 4 specifally made some costly errors. But that is going to happen and get corrected with PT. All our frosh D are solid and none should sit for Bowen going back to D. Everyone has bad games, I thought tucker played poorly last night (for him anyways). He was out of position a ton and had some really bad pinches. But he's dynamic, so he has that freedom I guess. Coaches will see that in the video room and correct. It's early in the season and mistakes will be made. Especially the young guys.
  13. Boys look slow. Our dmen look confused. Poolman need to play within the system, he's been way out of position quite a bit.
  14. Given what they lost, I would agree with you. However, they've looked ok with a W over Denver (w/ Gambrell). Top 10 isn't out of the question. They still have some very high end players on that team.
  15. Agree on the lines. I would keep Olson out there on the fourth. The way he's playing it would be interesting to see him go with Rhett and pogo. Then putt Wilkie with JJ and hoff. The way those two scandinavians buzz Wilkie would have a ton of space to get that shot off.
