I don't like to be negative but this game sums up our season. Not sure why we even pull our goalie we don't have the defense. We can go on a run but this is really really going to hurt us. Disappointing is an understatement.

Is this just on NCHC.tv tonight for GF audiences?

I have Midco in GF and there is no channel 594.

The thing that bothers me the most is the play at home. The boys have really laid an egg when they play at home. So far this has been a disappointing season, I knew it was going to be a challenge when we lost all that we did but we have really been not good at times. I'll give credit to UMD they came in and got the job done they are better than us right now. We have a lot of issues going on right now and I am not sure they will be resolved in time to make a run. There a a bunch of players on this team that need to step up and they just haven't so far. It's tough to pin this on the coaches.

The ebbs and flow of a hockey season. Miami had a good weekend, we shall see where they end up at the end of the season.

3rd period and we can't let on the gas. We need to finish this one out. D needs to tighten up and we need to go for the jugular.

That's a pretty fair assessment. I noticed last night that Miami doesn't like to get hit as well. We need to up that physicality but be smart about it. Better play in the neutral zone and no lazy passing.

I seem to recall other games but you're right. Next man up mentality and I hope he does well. I hope all the guys can bounce back from last night.

Notice who is 2nd string on the goalie tonight. After a few games Tomek goes back to 3rd string.

Peski has struggled at times as well. Not sure who would be better. At least Wolanin seems to be putting the puck in the net.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Cole Smith in the lineup for someone.

Yes, exactly. Of course we would be saying he was a genius if things went the other way but I don't think this was the time to put him in. I remember seeing a post about having him play on the road and not at home his first game and that makes a lot of sense. This was not the time nor place.

I am no coach but I don't agree with that decision. This may be the first season in a long time UND goes on the road for Conference playoffs.
