I agree, I know Powers is good but I never thought he was as good as his hype. I thought Hughes and even Johnson were better.

Wooh Wooh, slow the horse. They are not a bad team this year. To say they have been turned around I would say that will take a bigger body of work. As we know, having high draft picks means turnover quicker. Their pipeline is stacked but that doesn’t always translate to success.

This year yes. There are always anomalies.

Bucci, Melrose and the butt kissing Cohen get more and more annoying every game. I have to mute.

Good number of LIU players transferring out. I wonder if they just over recruited.

Man Caulfield is so confusing to me. He has size, speed and skill and his potential is really high. However he just goes through these long stretches of play where you don’t even realize he is on the ice. I read where someone said If they could take some tenacity from Kleven and give it to Judd, he would be a beast. That is so true. I think I would prefer he stay though. This truly has to be his breakout season next year.

Another thing I am seeing watching these other teams is there is lots of team speed. Something that was missing from UND. Some of these teams just fly up and down the ice and get the puck out of their zone quickly. I didn’t see that with UND.

UMass should have won that game and I am not saying that because I despise goldy. They had long stretches of having UMN on their toes. UMass doesn’t mess around in their zone. They get that puck out in a hurry and have good team speed.

Mankato will more than likely win, they seem to have the offense to get ahead of Notre Dame and I don't think Notre Dame is a real offensive team. So I look for Mankato to put like 3 or 4 goals on them and Notre Dame might get a goal or two. 4-1 or 4-2 Mankato.

I like Hain and Senden both. Good players, good guys. Senden probably won’t come back and although I like Hains game a lot. He seems to get injured a lot though and I would hate to take up a spot if that happens again next year.

I do agree with this. IMO Berry has underperformed, and I do feel there is a real issue with recruiting. Rizzo, Morrow and I am sure there are a couple more I am missing but that is worrisome. Berry got a contract extension but he should seriously look inward in his recruiting philosophy as I feel something is not working.

That wasn’t really my point. Sure they can touch it and celebrate but knowing this is a well deserved accomplishment but not the final goal.

And how is that Penne Rosa looking now. Perhaps the boys thought they won their NC when they won Penne Rosa. I like when past teams would not really even touch the regular season trophy because that wasn’t the trophy they wanted.

Judd is streaky, Senden is just not a top 6 and Gaber sometimes tries to do too much. But I wouldn’t say that about them.
