Still too close to call IMO. I thought both QBs did very well. Mollberg was very steady and made some good throws. Bartels showed off his arm a little bit and his TD throw to Jackson was on the money. I went into the season thinking Mollberg would be the guy, but after today I would be confident in either guy, and that's a good thing. Going to be a great battle this fall.

I really hope we can get him. He would be without question a starter at the 4 for his 2 seasons here. A Hooker, White, Calcaterra class would be very solid and would give help for next year (in Hooker and Calcaterra) and a good start to help replace our 2014 class.

Now the million dollar question, is this the end of the MVC additions, or do they go for 12?

This would be a nice fit because he solves two big issues (no pun intended) 1. Adds a little more important depth to the 4's and 5's for next year in case of injuries, unforeseen circumstances, foul trouble, etc. 2. He is a TRUE Center

How would this work eligibility wise? 1 year deal after sitting out or can play right away with 2?

I would think so on 2 years as well since he never red-shirted. Jones needs to put the full court press on this kid because he would be a major get for this team and a nice building block for when after the 2014 Class departs.

From what I can tell, Jarvis actually reclassified to 2014 and went to a prep school in MA. Looks like he is looking for a big time offer. Do not know about Petty. Also, 2013 Potential Recruit Kebu Johnson has signed to play at the University of Sioux Falls

Any particular reason why right now the Indiana schools in the Summit arent getting serious looks from the Horizon currently?

Im sure the Horizon wants UMKC to get picked in the MVC, they really can't afford to lose another big time bball school in Valpo. They also hope that MVC only wants to go to 10 and not 12. IMO, the pecking order Valpo Loyola UIC UMKC
