Wilke will probably redshirt before playing for the Stangs, they have a pretty well entrenched starter in Kern and an amazing tailback in Tonderum. After next year he should start all 4 years and when Sauter get done with him he might go down as the best QB SMSU has ever had. I guess that is what happens when you make the post-season and win 7 games in the NSIC. If they can find something of a defense next year they might be a sleeper to win the conference

Theses games this weekend are very crucial. Montana, the excellence of Big Sky women's basketball. Montana State, always at the top of the standings year in and year out. If we want to win a title this year with this group, we pull out these two wins on our home court. These will be our toughest matchups of the season, we need to take care of the ball a little bit better than what we have been doing, keep rebounding as well as we are, and make a few more shots. Biggest weekend in quite a while for the UND women. Hopefully if all goes well by Saturday Night we are discussing a showdown game at Sac State. Its time to send a message to the conference. #BeatTheGriz

UND does the Montana two step this weekend, first off a stop to Missoula to take on the Griz. Montana is struggling and I mean struggling. Getting swept on the road by EWU and PSU and dropping a home game to NAU. They appear to be a lot like us, dynamic guards but little to no post play. We need to start turning the ship around. Bring the Defensive effort against Weber (with the tweaks of not letting people get open from beyond the arc) and have an efficient effort on offense. We can get back into the league race with a good weekend up in Montana.
