  1. if SDSU does a buzzer beater again..... I will never hear the end of it
  2. what the..... de Rouen! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. who will step up and be the leader down this last 4 minute stretch. Hooker, Nash its go time
  4. I wonder due to Salmonson's injury that Cashman's had to have his shirt lifted. Poor kid is a fouling machine right now Parks picks up his 4th.
  5. Hooker stepping up right now, UND pumps lead back to 9 UND 55 SDSU 46 11:49 2nd
  6. That Parks kid is keeping SDSU in this one, but he just picked up his 3rd UND 48 SDSU 41 15:49 2nd
  7. Bunnies off to a 7-0 start in the 2nd half.
  8. Now come out strong in this 2nd half and put this one out of reach early.
  9. UND 42 SDSU 25 2:18 1st Nash with 14 Calc with 13!
  10. UND 70 St. Francis 63 Final Solid win, St. Francis was picked 3rd in the NEC this year.
  11. I don't think Siri could play any better right now 7-7 from field 2-2 from beyond the arc 2-2 from the line 18 points
  12. This team is deep and balanced. Each player steps up when needed. Szabla and Dyer have made huge strides this year. Siri is on fire right now. UND 66 St. Francis 58 3:00 left
  13. Loyd taking over this game in the 2nd half right now UND 47 St. Francis 39
  14. That is one thing that bothers me about Calc is that he doesn't jump. Rebounding is as much effort as it is physical tools. Watch Mia Loyd on the women's team. She is undersized for her position and yet is one of the better rebounders if not the best rebounder in the conference, puts 100% effort in every rebound attempt she makes. I think a guy who is an inch or two shorter but is technically sound and gives all out effort is a better rebounder than a guy who is tall and won't be physical. Another thing that bothers me is that we go for the block way to often and it leaves us vulnerable for an easy offensive rebound. Its not okay to block a shot 10 feet away unless you are 100% sure you can get a touch on it. 1 thing I noticed a lot vs Mayville. Stay grounded in those situations
  15. SDSU has a fair share of talent that came in this year (through High School, JUCO and transfers). That freshman class they brought in could be another special group with Thiesen and Flatten highlighting that crop. The key to this game to me is how they handle Cody Larson down low. Calcaterra and Cashman are going to need to play very solid on both ends of the floor. They need to rebound well, make their chances, draw fouls and make life difficult for the senior. He tore into us last year in Grand Forks with a 21 point, 7 board performance. If they can play an effective offense and shut down Larson, I think we have enough talent in our guards to slow down Parks, Bittle, and Flatten and get the win down in Frost. Hooker and Nash need to play like studs and Coleman needs to chip in every now and then. If we can get Tyler back for this one, that would be a boost too. SDSU is a sleeper in the Summit this year, if they can get their new parts to click... look out. Starting with this game, we might get a better handle on how the team will do this year.
  16. I am watching the game from last night, since I didn't get to watch it at all. I really enjoy watching Hobaugh play, he just brings it 100%. Dives all over the floor at every loose ball. Good to see him get minutes since we will be without Stefan for the 1st semester.
  17. If Tyler is doing warmups and is in uniform, I bet we see him at SDSU. Or next weekend at the Utah Tourney
