  1. I think if push came to shove, NDSU would say no to Augie as well.
  2. Sorry that I couldn't contribute last night as I was celebrate with a friend on their recent engagement. Will be ready to go tonight.
  3. Well here we go! Tonight is the first round of the Summit League Tournament. UND takes on DU with the winner going to QF and playing ORU and the loser having their season end. These teams split during the regular season, each winning on their home floors. UND just need to let it fly tonight, I'll take UND by 7 UND 84-77 Game is on the Plus and on Midco!
  4. I felt she should have won Player of the Year
  5. Guessing he ends up at that position?
  6. I'll say this: Kacie and Mal got robbed with awards today.
  7. I hope he is successful. If he is... it should be a great year next year.
  8. No, but he is out of eligibility. Used his COVID year last year. Time to be Dr. Sueker
  9. BJ needs to stay at this level and dominate.
  10. Worse case, they should get a WBI bid and with that comes 3 guarantee games. I hope they can get in... and make a run no matter where.
  11. Sometimes the calls I make are of sound mind, others... subborness. This one was somewhere inbetween It didn't look good in late January, not going to lie.
  12. Women's Track and Field leads after Day 1 of the Indoor Summit League Championship.
  13. Well... how do well all feel after the regular season has come to an end?
  14. Frustrating afternoon for the women in St. Paul officiating there was..... questionable
  15. 11 AM start and UND definitely looked like the part as their good vibes that they were feeling came to a screetching halt by Massner and company. We have now reached the final game of the regular season against the Tommies of St. Thomas, who are looking to finish in the top 4. The Tommies have put together an impressive 2nd season at the D1 level and there is reason why they could cause some problems in Sioux Falls this year. If they can keep their team together for another season... could they be a contender for a Summit Crown??? Today is senior day for UND and they will be honoring 3 people: Brady Danielson, Mitchell Sueker, and Caleb Nero. Thank you for everything that you have been done for UND basketball during your time in the program. For UND today, it is time to end the season on a high note and go into Sioux Falls with some momentum. UND can be anywhere between an 8 seed and a 10 seed in Sioux Falls. Norman is still 10 3s away from tying Q for the UND D1 record for made 3s in a season. Important game: Omaha @ Denver This game can also impact UNDs seeding hopes. Cheer for the Mavs on this one and hope UND takes care of business. The Call: UND needs to find a way to slow down Rhode, Bjorklund, and Miller. UND also needs to get off to a better start and keep their energy levels up for 40 minutes. They need to find a way to get Norman going again from 3 and let T do his thing inside and outside. Lets see if Treysen and BJ can end their freshman years on a high note at home. They need to find a way to get this one home for Brady, Mitchell, and Caleb. This is a heart pick than a head pick. UND 79-77 Games is on the Tres
  16. To answer your main question, whether UND is a 2 or 3 they are on the opposite side of the bracket of SDSU. There are just a couple of more benefits of being a 2 seed.
  17. Two seed plays Saturday, Three seed plays Sunday. 2 seed would play 3 games in 4 days. 3 seed would play 3 games in 3 days. If SDSU goes to the NCAAs: WNIT autobid if you are the 2 seed vs who knows if you go to a postseason if you are the 3 seed
  18. Here are the tiebreaking procedures, per the Summit League website: Results of head-to-head competition between the two tied teams. Comparison of each tied team's record against the team occupying the highest position in the standings continuing down through the standings until a team gains an advantage. When arriving at another group of tied teams while comparing records, use each team's record against the collective tied teams as a group (prior to that group's own tie-breaking procedure) rather than the performance against individual tied teams. If a tie still cannot be broken after applying criteria (1), (2) and (3), it will be broken by comparing each tied team's RPI (based upon the RPIratings.com Report issued on the morning following the last regular season League game). So you are applying the 3rd criteria in this situation
