Keep it. UND is a hockey school. I like women's hockey, but I like women's volleyball better. But that's for other reasons.

I was a little confused by the student section on Saturday. They would boo the Fighting Hawks and chant Sioux Forever. But yet there was a giant fighting hawks flag and several students with smaller fighting hawks flags.

Did midco get a box for Jake Brandt to stand on. Not sure if it's that, or did he grow a foot since last week?

Does anybody know if they ever wore this style jersey? I know they had a black alternate in this style but I can't remember if they even made a white one like this.

Maybe we play the bisons to the north to show the bisons to the south what would happen if they played a real sport.

I don't follow them, but looked on their site for a few minutes. They're about a .500 team. They lost in the quarterfinals the last 2 years. They have a recruit named Zajac coming in. I think we just play them because they're nearby. I don't know.

I'm at the point where it's meh.... I don't hate it anymore. I might buy something if the shirt or hat looks good. But I still think they could have done better.

Don't worry, it's the only one in town with that logo in the back window. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

Well, some people on here don't think the event would have been bigger. I liked all of the logos I have seen on here. The one the kid from und made, I realize it looks too much like the Sioux logo, heaven forbid a bird have feathers. The one in the picture. Mr. Brien's fighting hawk sketch. Even fetch's green angry bird is better. Like I said, I was optimistic.

I'm mainly saying that if you had an event like this with the Sioux logo, or at least a nice looking Fighting Hawks logo, there would have been more people. I didn't take my kids there because they think logo is ugly. They are 10 and 8, and they told me this before I even stated my thoughts about the new logo. I was optimistic about the logo reveal, and it was just a letdown.

I don't believe they had an event like this though. Having athletes signing autographs, games for kids, and giveaways. Sidenote- Was Erich Longie there to get his hands on this beautiful new logo?

With how much they advertised this event, you would think there would have been more. I can guarantee, although this will never happen, if the Sioux name came back for good, you could have this event on a Wednesday morning at 7 am in January, there would be a hundred or more.

They had a whopping 30 people waiting outside when the doors opened. Peter Johnson said it was because 9 am is too early for most people.

Sounds like a bandwagon fan to me.
