We sure agree on this. It seems sometimes that WSI in ND spend more time and money not paying a claim than paying the claim. The biggest mis-conception about workers comp is that it is an insurance policy for the worker. Heck all it is really is a protection plan for business to ignore safety issues, or what have you, and when the worker gets hurt they can not be held liable for it. You mention being a bankruptcy lawyer is a bad idea. Could you explain as to why? What the heck is going on there? By the way I may rag on you but I do know that you are one smart cookie.

Sorry in advance if I make this confussing. Here goes nothing. The Gophers again have a weak non-conference schedule. They make one road trip to Vermont. Play a home series with Michigan State. A possible game with BC at Christmas, I am sure they will only play them the second night if they and BC win Friday night. A single game with Notre Dame will be played at home. Now my question is are they piggybacking on the win/loss statement of other teams? Example would be if they play the team that maybe upset BC and win does that give them a boost in the rankings? Would they get more credit for winning one game than they deserve? So if they beat MS at the begining of the season and MS goes on to having a great season will they get more credit for that? But if he brought in someone to be over Jackson that would kind of be a slap to Jackson since he has earned a promotion. All the possible candidates are of a known quality. Out of the names mentioned Herter and Litke are the two who would compliment the program but still be able to take a back seat to Jackson while they make their bones at this level.

With his experiance I would say yes. That is a major reason I tthink Litke will get the job. All the other possible candidates are to high of a caliber to take back seat to Dane.
