  1. But if they had put them in a box it would have been ok.
  2. Thank you. I couldn't remember who made them for CB and did not feel like calling Erik at Hockey World to ask.
  3. UND gives their players more money. Tution, housing money (if they do not live in the dorms), and books whcih is a lot more money than probably 98% of the kids in the CHL get.
  4. Thanks for posting this link.
  5. But the one requirement is that they have already coached defense in D1. That leaves everyone out but Scott and why would he walkaway from a head job to come back? Kidd has his Great Harvest Bread store to run in Duluth.
  6. We have a winner! He played two games with the Saskatoon Blades according to dmb or whaterever it's called.
  7. I would guess that the flat roof has been leaking for a long time and has to be totally replaced beams included. Summ er is a good time to do something like this but can the cost be justified? Small family run places like this don't have a lot of reserve funds to cover theses costs. Then has the business been profitable enough to justify the expense. I have a feeling that it is over once the beer guys show up since they had to pay cash for that beer. I would say the liqour guys have been there already getting what they can since they have 30 days billing on liqour.
  8. If I remember right CB made the blades but farmed out the aluminum shafts to someone else.
  9. For years if you ordered a dozen sticks you could have your named stamped on them. The first person that I remember doing this was Pete Lindgren when he was a freshman at South Jr. but played varsity for Central in 1976/77 season.
  10. I think you are right that there was something like this before. Something about how many games were played. I think someone played for UND that had signed and played like on or two games and lost a year.
  11. Maybe allow kids who signed with a CHL team to go to college with losing one year of eligibility. If they had signed as 15,16, or 17 year olds.
  12. And as soon as Miss. Miller, Mr. Billings, or Mr. Tupa said cut it out it stopped.
  13. Including ECHL, Central Hockey League, or the Southern Professional Leagues?
  14. It fits him. But someone here has got to know who else it fits? There has to be more than Berry.
  15. I know. I was just teasing you. I do have to agree with you though. Some of the posts that have been posted would make someone think.
  16. Even more so is everything is within walking distance indoors. Bit it is usually nice enough by that time it would not matter anyhow. Who the heck would want to go to the MOM for?
  17. Most, if not all, of the downtown Minneapolis hotels charge for parking.
  18. Way more hotels. Right around 20 of them.
  19. How long has it been since there was a sheet of ice laid down in the Target Center? I remember the state tourney and the Wisc./Gopher border battle was there when the X was being built but when was that?
  20. Darn it anyhow how could I forget Alan. Anypne else that I may have forgotten? Maybe JohnD. or Steve M.? I don't remember any of us as even being close to trouble makers though. Everyone here is probably wondering why these 2 are wandering down memory lane..
  21. Did we still have that combined 5th and 6th grade when we were in 6th grade? I remember who the other trouble maker with you was, Greg.
  22. I don't ever remember if I ever sat in the hallway. I had Mr. Billings in 5th and Miss. Miller in 6th. I never had Mr. Tupa though. Dang but I can not remember which room you were in. You, Billy, Perry, Darrin, and (was it Kevin or Terry that was a year younger than us) that were the trouble makers!
