Watch out for Central next year, unless everyone leaves for juniors. I always love the way Bismark plays. Not the most skilled team on the ice but they play smart and hard and are very opportunistic. A West Fargo Bismark final would be a slug fest.

GFC down 3-2 after 2. Central was down 2-0 after giving up two very fluky goals in 5 seconds. That's right, 5. They've come storming back. Bismark has been hanging on for dear life.

I'm fine with it. They're doing more than one venue so they can canvas more than one demo perhaps.

Lower rate of injury because they're getting stronger and more flexible. Safe if done right. Baukol does a phenomenal job of teaching olympic lifts. It's a very slow process at UND and they do it right. If you look at lifting videos of other schools of any level and compare them to UND you will be surprised at how good our guys are at Olympic lifts.

If you look back in history do people really care about conference titles? Not really, they care about great individual games/moments and national titles.

They're the least clutch team I know that. They've had infinitely more chances at a title in the last 8 years and have just as many titles as every other program, 0.

Our player lounge is like a family room at your parents or grand parent as far as decor. A couple leather couches, a big tv, a dinner table with some chairs, white boards a few computers, and the walls are covered with the all NCC team players of the past. Nothing crazy but warm and inviting.

Yup. It makes sense to me. Not because I don't like the sport and especially not because I didn't like the baseball guys when I was there. Like i said before, great guys. But because we seem to be really half assing baseball at UND. Maybe some great success will bring a little extra cash their way?

They're still not playing with enough desparation though. I think it's needed to overcome an off game in the tourney against a good team.

Seriously though, damn impressive weekend. I've got a soft spot in my heart for the baseball team. Always a great bunch of guys. They definatly get the short end of the stick with dollars and recently they've shown some life. Gotta tip your cap to the baseball team.
