I'm thinking a night off may be a good thing for him. He played a ton of games in a row and kicked ass at a historic level. He's cooled off a bit and maybe could use a night off before posting 6 straight shutouts.

Thompson should sit tomorrow. He's had some bad games before but not like this. Johnson also was very off. Give them both the night off. On a positive note how much did Sanderson add tonight? He seemed to be a factor all night long and out worked every CC player to prime spots.

The two times NDSU beat them they had really really good teams that could have pushed deep into the playoffs.

Regardless of how close we are to being at that level right now we have never played in a playoff game at this level and they've played in many. If not for NDSU they would have made a few deep runs.

Maybe he wants to play for an established program that is always in the playoffs?

I didn't sugar coat anything. He was a soft verbal from the beginning, can't be suprised if he changes his mind after being non committal. Losing Grady is huge because of his awesome potential and because he actually was on the team. We can't get too caught up in kids who don't want to come here because they don't matter. We need 90+ guys who are 100% committed to UND.

Put 30 lbs or so on Pinke and I think he will be a monster. He has great lengthand good quickness. I did really like that Cloyd is a stud wrestler though.... oh well, have fun in Brookings.
