First off, it's Golladay. Second off, he was gone the second Muss got fired. Third, and most importantly of all, Muss left holes all over his roster. He left 3 decent LBs, 1 safety, 0 corners, and 0 DL. On offense he left a couple decent hogs 1 rb and a good qb who got injured. It takes a hell of a lot more than that to win. Bubba started basically from scratch.

No use talking about that !@#$ show we just whitnessed. Burn the film. Move on. Take a long look in the mirror. Start new. Hopefully see them again in the playoffs. Football is a strange game. Look at the Patriots last week. Sometimes nothing clicks and a team looks inept and the coaching looks unqualified. The next week things can flip 180 degrees. Let's see what these guys are made of. The only thing I know is that I will be at the Alerus and I will find a beer that works for this team the way Labat worked for last years team and Brian Labatt.

Did it ever start?

I'm almost a bit relieved in this result. Our OL isn't there yet. Our LBs are a mess. Without those two groups rock solid, the way we play, we can't succeed. The players and the coaches need a wake up call. A lot of guys need to visit the wizard and get some fucking heart. We aren't ready yet. The potential is there. We just played our worst game possible. It's only up from here on out.
