I’m predicting Chaves is setting football and other programs up for success in the way that we all hoped they would have been from the start of D1.

My guess is most people will be kissing his ass in a couple of years. Although some will do the usual spin and ask “what took so long”. Those people don’t matter, nothing is ever good enough for them.

No !@#$ it’s a coincidence.

Meh, a lot of people around here complain like farmers. There’s a brown lining to everything.

You know, last time hockey won a title other sports were very successful as well. Just sayin. Could build athletic department momentum for next year.

Recent history would suggest we will.

Don’t you think, given the inordinate amount of foreign students they pull in via their relationship with various airlines, that it would make sense that they compartmentalize certain services to that program? -
5-10 years? Nonsense. It takes a couple good classes in a row and a few good bounces in a game.

Yea they loved Satter so much that they didn’t offer him until we forced their hand. Pretty bad look on a legacy kid.

Technically the weight should never be out in front of you. That’s bad form in every lift. It should always be lined up with the center of the foot. With proper ankle and hip mobility this isn’t an issue.
-
You’re a smart guy. Go ahead and peruse the mountain of research in favor of actually lifting the weight instead of strapping one's self into a machine that does the stabilizing work for you. And for bulging disks? The number one culprit there would be the fancy leg press machine that people love to load up with weight to impress gym goers as it puts ungodly amounts of pressure on the discs of your lumbar. The Director of Human Performance at Nike uses the hex bar deadlift to help Olympic level athletes - from sprinters to marathon runners- to increase their speed. Finally, got back pain? Most likely it’s because your back is stiff and weak.

See yourself out on this one.

Nice pull for a true fr RB.

No. It’s this generations Sears catalogue.

He’s gonna be one of those fast risers in the coaching profession. He’s got the chops and the work ethic and the connections. It’ll be fun to see his ascension.
