  1. It only looks bad really because you're seeing the cat's pajama's on SiouxMeNow's ummm.... I better be nice considering he did just donate 20 to my Relay For Life fund.... Trust me, they look pretty good, especially if you put them on the Laker Dance team.
  2. Hey, I think thats the Putz who did an interview with me at the Bash at the Big House and took my picture, and then didn't even bother to write anything. They ended up doing an artical on those crazy MTU pep band members. Yes, I'm still bitter about that.
  3. Just go with something simple jim, not a whole lot of need to be fancy. Just see what kind of deal you can get on a large number of green shirts and to have something printed on them, probably in white. You would have figure out a way to get them to people, either by just mailing them out to people, or doing other pre-arrangements with people, because I don't think you can sell them in the parking lot, at least you're not suppost to. Perhaps you could get one of the UND students to sell them out of their dormroom perhaps?? Anyways, we've have done T-shirts at GVFootball, and they've been a hit. This is what our latest looks like, pretty cool front, but I've never been that cool about the back. On the back of them, its got a little cartoon drawing of a cat and "Its the Cat's Pajama's" on the back. Shaner put that on there mostly because he knew we would buy the shirts anyways. Perhaps on the back of your's you could explain "Mapletolf' to those unfamiler with it. Anyways, thats my advice on the matter. And thats why I get pop ups from here when I do check in from the computer labs......
  4. Yeah, that would be kinda wierd to have it on a weeknight instead of a weekend.
  5. Ahhh.... much better.
  6. Hey, you thanked Minnesota and Duluth fans, but didn't mention me?? I demand a recount here!! The Monster shall not be ingored!!!
  7. If he could remember any of it clearly enough.
  8. Yeah, not that its been mention, it wouldn't be such a great idea for the UP schools to leave the GLIAC and go NCC, even though they would be a lot closer to NCC schools than some of the GLIAC schools. They've got too many alumni that will show up to games they have down here in the LP, and still contribute to their schools. Not showing up on a regular basis in the LP will probably hurt their fundings, especially MTU's, which is now mostly alumni funded I think. Doesn't Wisconsin have a couple of pretty good D3 teams that would love to go D2 if the Wisconsin legistrator would let them go??
  9. If its not in Lubbers that is.
  10. Hey, thats discrimination against Monsters, and thats wrong!! Hey, I am Green you know!!
  11. eh, Western Boston University
  12. You guys are all WCHA and you play at the Division 1 level of college Hockey. It shouldn't matter what your other sports are to get Frozen four money. You should get a little chunk of that change. Damn NC$$!!
  13. The warm, wet sensation of the village cur licking his bloated forehead coaxed Mafiaman back into consciousness. Mafiaman rose from his own pool of vomit and wiped the congealing, half-digested remnants of a wendy's spicy chicken sandwich from his bloodless cheek. as his slippery hands grasped the rough wood of the table edge he thought, "maybe I can pretend i only slipped when i bent over to puke -- i'm sure i was only out for a minute." Mafiaman lifted his bulk above the edge of the table and was greeted with the amber rays of a new dawn, rising and reflecting off of the virgin-white snows of a high alpine glacier; streaming through the window to be broken among the countless overturned shot-glasses and half-empty bottles into a million dazzling sparks. the humiliation of his defeat reached him at the same time as two white-hot daggers of pain seared their way up his optic nerves. his cry of anguish and misery was muffled by a thick, sticky goo gluing his tongue to the roof of his mouth. bile surged from his uneasy stomach and Mafiaman bent to relieve the purge. as he bent he spotted through a reddening haze a white slip of paper neatly placed under an empty bottle. the distraction relieved the moment, and Mafiaman straightened and grabbed the paper in a clumsy bear-paw grasp. as his vision cleared he made out the perfect, spidery script of Forecheck. it read: "you have learned much, young Mafiaman -- but you are not a jedi yet. da svadania, tovarish." "that damn Student drank me under the table and stuck me with the check," mumbled Mafiaman, as he slumped toward the floor and back into the welcoming arms of unconsciousness. To site my source for this.
  14. Doesn't he just make things up as he goes?
  15. oh, can we toss him off the bandwagon now??
  16. Thats just the way the thingy works. I think it might be something to do with the order in which people sent in their responces. If Jim's sober yet, he could tell you more about it.
  17. So thats what drove Mad Man to drinking. Yeah, running around in one of those goofy outfits that figure skaters wear, I would want to live in the bottom of a bottle too!!
  18. Your Mom goes to College!
  19. Ya damn right!! I was you guys, I wouldn't mind not seeing him touched and being able to claim the NC than to have Paulovich laying in the hospital with a smirk on his face because he's got the NC trophy next to him. Success is the best revenge!! Ideally, the Sioux can jump out early, build up the lead, and everybody can just wonder just how eager Paulovich is going to be to jump out on the ice.
  20. Marty, has anybody told you lately that you are an absolute genious lately??
  21. Anybody thought that Belfore could have dressed up a little better than that grey sweatshirt?? Why not a throwback jersey or something. Something that didn't scream out of shape fat guy.
  22. 1. I'm not in North Dakota silly. 2. I'm also kinda lazy. 3. I was hopeing to find somebody else out there in NoDak that was actually doing the Relay there, so that way, we could engage in a little friendly compition as to who can gather up the most donations from their teams fans and alumni via online donations thru the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life website. Seems how now GVSU and UND are such rivals in football now, I thought it would be fun to engage in a little friendly compition all in the spirit of a good cause like Relay For Life is.
