My girlfriend is an epidemiologist. That denominator doesn't represent the true number of cases due to a lack of testing. I'm not saying the issue isn't serious.
-
It's pretty widely accepted that the denominator isn't currently valid.

A lot of businesses (and universities) will never reopen after they "temporarily" close. They were financially strapped before this.

Ah, longer time period covered. Got it.

Source? This has the numbers lower. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/pandemic-resources/2009-h1n1-pandemic.html With that said.... A different time. A different king.

I'm not referring to sporting events. I'm referring to the Washington governor issuing a proclamation that people can't assemble anywhere.
-
1st amendment right to assemble is just a suggestion now? Freedom of religion would also be restricted at any large church/mosque/etc.

NCAA seems to have more faith in the PWR than the polls, FWIW.

This is going to be brutal. Campus, and the country really, may not recover for a long time. Hysteria reigns.

Isn't that a fake account?

I think aviation should certainly receive a lot of attention, but engineering and other schools have foreign students too. -
I don't think anyone is disappointed in his production as a freshman. Simply hopeful he will continue to develop into the go-to guy we're hoping he will become.

UND Provost DiLorenzo to Retire June 1, 2020
UNDBIZ replied to fightingsioux4life's topic in Community
He's pushed for a funding model within the university that rewards programs that bring in more revenue and have better student outcomes while reducing funding for programs that don't. This upsets the liberal arts programs. He's also pushed to make Aviation a part of the actual campus, rather than having their own separate student support services and other duplicated services. This upset the Aviation fiefdom. -
The regionals are usually pretty dead.

Duluth has become really easy to hate. Their fans (what few they have) are awful and they play a tough, cheap game, but are the first ones to dive and pretend to be hurt when given the opportunity.

Yeah, I moved it over.
