Different accounting. I believe ndsu allocates apparel sales, advertising revenue, teammakers contributions, student fees, etc. out to the various sports. UND places most all of those revenues in an unallocated pot. Thus the individual sports look worse at UND than ndsu.

For the hundredth time, other campuses have been cutting too.

Dalrymple cut around 6.5% and ordered budget requests for the next cycle to cut another 3.5%. Burgum cut another 10% beyond that with a few adjustments for health insurance and other costs. Tuition was increased by 4% minimum per year though, so that made up for some of it. How's that blackhawk helicopter doing outside your place?

Can't remember who posted it here first, but...

If it was broken down by campus, it may paint a different picture. Having so many small campuses in North Dakota inflates our numbers, as they lack the economies of scale.
