  1. Different accounting. I believe ndsu allocates apparel sales, advertising revenue, teammakers contributions, student fees, etc. out to the various sports. UND places most all of those revenues in an unallocated pot. Thus the individual sports look worse at UND than ndsu.
  2. Lawn sprinklers or fire sprinklers?
  3. Watch that president's UCF interview and compare it to Kennedy's. 2 completely different scenarios, as that president made it very clear he disliked living in the midwest and wanted out.
  4. Around $13-14 million plus another $4-5 million from the med school.
  5. Minot State is the only one of the 4 making a legitimate push for graduate degrees.
  6. Responses/clarifications on a few of your suggestions.
  7. Constitution change would require a vote of the residents of the state.
  8. Would require a change to the constitution.
  9. Another 10% cut is huge.
  10. So you're saying we could have.... OLYMPIANS?!?!?
  11. Meh, college kids are often going to drink. Only thing that bothers me is the attempted fleeing. I'm fine with it being handled internally at practice. If they sat the first half of the first game I wouldn't be upset though.
  12. Bismarck bars don't even put the UND games on TV anymore. It would be me and 3 other people standing out in the cold watching them play.
  13. That would likely be a disaster.
  14. To be fair, in some of these scrimmage plays/drills the D does not have to worry about defending the run at all. That makes an O lineman's job pretty tough.
  15. Ditch the politics. You will not be warned again. Why 2 tribes? Probably because we couldn't even get 1 at the time and the NCAA was giving us 3 extra years to gain approval. Legacy Fund money is all stashed in Dalrymple's mattress. It's a little smelly, but it's all there.
  16. Kelley never had the guts or brains to restrict any spending. Large part of the reason UND is in the situation it's in.
  17. You continue to spew bullsh*t until perception becomes reality, like any good politician.
  18. For the hundredth time, other campuses have been cutting too.
  19. Dalrymple cut around 6.5% and ordered budget requests for the next cycle to cut another 3.5%. Burgum cut another 10% beyond that with a few adjustments for health insurance and other costs. Tuition was increased by 4% minimum per year though, so that made up for some of it. How's that blackhawk helicopter doing outside your place?
  20. Can't remember who posted it here first, but...
  21. If it was broken down by campus, it may paint a different picture. Having so many small campuses in North Dakota inflates our numbers, as they lack the economies of scale.
