A glorified high school deciding to spend more on athletics is still a glorified high school.

Everyone is paying twice as much for athletics now in an effort to get away from associating with schools like Augustana. If Auggie joins the Summit, any talk of the university presidents seeking to associate with like-minded institutions with solid research and academic profiles should end.

Why would the Montanas and Idaho want to join a conference with Auggie?

God forbid we keep a potential mauler on the offensive side of the ball....

It's nonsensical to me that a NG isn't on that list of positions we're waiting on recruits for. Really hope the staff has a plan that doesn't entail starting a 250 pounder.
