Nebraska knew for years that this was a possibility and that they were at risk. Nebraska officially joined the B1G in July of that year. Notre Dame has been invited to the Big Ten before, obviously the AAU thing doesn't matter to them when they have a non-member, and have tried on multiple occasions to get another(ND) .

Neither is Nebraska.

Notre Dame is an R1 research university....just like...gasp! The Big Ten schools. Notre Dame is rated as a top 25 school in the country. Notre Dame is pretty good at pretty much every sport. The Big Ten has wanted Notre Dame for some time.

I don't think they are worried about money. They have plenty of that.

I'm guessing they'll reach an amicable agreement, whether that's Idaho paying the money in full, the schools coming to an agreement on a reduced amount, etc.

Hm, I actually emailed him a couple of years ago to get my dad a signed photo for Christmas(they are both Harvey guys), and he was coaching at a college in New Jersey. Got a very warm welcome into the dome about ten or so years ago while coaching Northeastern. His wikipedia page shows a two year gap in employment in 2010-2011 where I suppose he could have maybe coached some high school ball?

Don't be dumb. If UND's current/old name was the (insert anything not native here), the #RollTribe thing, which is as bad as NDSU stealing the hook 'em horns... Wouldn't exist.

They told us not to major in Business Administration when I was there unless you were going to be taking over a family business or farm. Wonder if that is his situation.
