  1. I don't think its probably very hard to get the committee on board with Montana.

    - Nice stadium.  Looks good on TV.  Probably a decent number of fans will be there.

Big Sky is a prime conference to set up with non-bus games, there are basically none available. Isn't everyone west of  Grand Forks (other than some TX schools) in the Big Sky?  No opportunity for bus games in the west.

So to me your starting statement is the questionable part.. Sigel and Hart were already playing a lot of CFB.. I think they were both starters on your team and key players (I could be wrong).. Gonnella.. he was a key player before he got injured and the Bison are good at RB so maybe he has a better chance somewhere else..  Sproles.. well his social media presence seemed to be bigger than his play on the field so maybe not that much of a loss.

The two I would really question are Sigel and Hart.. as you said.. neither are like Jabril Cox so they arent going to some huge school.. they are already playing/starting at a program that gets NFL looks.. so as I said the timing is odd.  If these kids were backups or maybe it will come out that they want to go to a school with a different academic program or something.. in any of those cases I would totally understand.  If you cant at least question why two key starters would leave the team, to play football for a different program, during the playoffs...... seems odd to me.

WE had a starter do that to us a couple of years ago and there was plenty of questions thrown around.

Kids might be thinking if they are good enough to play regularly at NDSU, they should have no problem getting playing time somewhere closer to home, warmer, etc.  Seems as likely as any other reason lol

6-5 Western Illinois getting in with “quality losses” vs a team with an FBS quality win.

    it’s happened before

The whole 6-5 thing is the dumbest thing ever.  Were they one of the best teams available?  Maybe.  But I'm sorry, if you lose almost as much as you win, you have no business being in the playoffs absent a conference title.

I agree. Unfortunately, I think the committee just isn’t in favor of UND. Think 2015. Think 2019. Now this season.

Also NDSU AD is on committee. Sure, he wants a 3rd MVFC in the field, but he also wants NDSU ranked as highly as possible (over Montana State??), but he doesn’t care if said 3rd MVFC team is on the road. He actually prefers that if that 3rd team is his in state rival.

I don't think there is any sort of conspiracy to screw UND.  You could easily convince me there is a conspiracy to help out the Montana's, NDSU, etc.  Teams who bring in big attendance, looks good on TV, etc.

Winning helps.  Sympathize with your frustrations though.  Annoying to get stuck going on the road to play a game you probably could/should be hosting.  Good luck and enjoy the game.

Lolol. Your program spends no more time than any other. Kramer is not the reason

My understanding is he's pretty highly regarded in the S/C community and if it weren't for his kids being in Fargo (divorced I think?), he'd probably have been poached years ago.  No idea if that's true or not.  Just what I had heard from some folks.

I think our system is too complex on d. There’s no reason an all conference grad transfer from Cal Poly should take most of the year to get comfortable. I’d much prefer a simple system that guys can easily execute at a high level at full speed than one that makes them constantly think and play slow as a result. I prefer the Wade Philips philosophy.

The Notre Dame offensive coordinator has caught a ton of flack for this sorta thing.  Its great to have a cool scheme but if the kids can't run it without thinking too hard, then it is not going to work.

A bit off topic, but why don’t refs call all the holding penalties? NDSUs Oline was holding like crazy and weren’t called. I’ve seen it all year, the Sioux included.

My dad mentioned something similar today. Refs don't call many penalties. I'm okay with it generally. As long as it is consistent.

You're braver than I am: No way I'm tailgating in that weather.

UND and SU have one thing in common this year- 21-7 halftime lead v SDSU. Both failed to hold that lead, but I think those numbers mean the teams are competitive and it should be a good game.

Anyone tailgating will be in tents.  Will be too cold to spend much time outside.

i made the mistake of reading a bit on Bisonville....oof, there is a lot of high and mighty, nose in the air fans on there...granted, they have earned the right to expect to win, but to completely down play UND is a bit head in the sand syndrome....

Eh, fans haven't earned anything lol.  But I get the point.

Just stop pretending...really?  Makes you guys look like little-dick idiots seriously.  Can't even have a conversation?  SCARED to have UND's name even mentioned on a news media outlet?    WOW and pretty sad honestly.

I guess when you get the ag-school contract you are not allowed to "MENTION THE OTHER SCHOOL THAT SHOULD NEVER BE MENTIONED in any form!"  It's actually hilarious...plus you obviously have small weiners!  LOL

There is a thread over there, a few posters from UND as well chime in fairly often.  Some weirdo keyboard warriors who pitch a fit about anything UND?  For sure.  Just ignore them and life goes on.

I see you have a fascination with small dicks.  Something you wanna tell us about?

  11. Shanley would own Jamestown.

Doesn't take away from the Jays. Fun team. Not great on the line though. Relied on the skill guys.

Jamestown has been having a little Renaissance for athletics the past several years. Not sure if they started putting something in the water, but we were pretty bad at basically everything when I was growing up here ('02-'10).
