What MPLSBisonfan TROLL doesn't understand that a Native American group is trying to keep from UND changing the name. This has nothing to do with selfish Sioux hockey fans.

I was under the impression it was, I am not sure what they are teaching the students at NDSU or in MPLS.

I think UND used to do it in Basketball, but I haven't been to a game since about 1996.

Nothing is going to happen until the member schools in the WCHA start expressing their displeasure with the state of the officials in the WCHA. The reason McClown is the WCHA commissioner is because the member schools of the WCHA let him remain in that position. Every year we hear how the schools are not unhappy with the officials. I think this thing is starting to come to a head with the blown goals, the Anderson reprimand for grabbing a player last season. We the fans need to start letting our WCHA Faculty reps and the AD's know that we aren't happy with the way things are. I think some of the articles that Virg Foss has written is starting to shed light of the situation. I don't know if it would hurt if fans starting flooding the NCAA ice hockey committee and and Paul Kelly Emails. Maybe it's time to let him know what is going on in our league.

I can bet he wasn't giving him a Christmas cheer or egg nog.

Actually the more I think about it, he was at last Saturday's game, so he had to be informed about the missed call.

If someone sent me his email address I would be glad to type up a letter to him and get him up to speed. I am still waiting to hear is there is an apology coming from the WCHA on their screw up last weekend.

That is the way it should be, end of a tight game stand up and let the boys hear us...

It's a legal hit, he didn't lead with his elbow, he didn't jump up to hit Skille so I think it's pretty accurate to conclude that particular check was legal.

Friday Gregoire Saturday Kristo.

I watched the video last night of the goal about 6 times and it's of such poor quality of video that you can't really see the puck, however, you can see Eidsness look up to indicated that the puck went high and then the bounce back to the UMD forward was at an angle we normally don't see which makes the viewer at home infer that it probably hit the net behind the goal. I also have had a Bulldog fan post on my blog that he saw it hit the net as well. It's almost like the Marvin Hit most of the people in the building saw it the morons reffing the game. Sorry about that, I mean the Badgers, I fixed my post. If UND doesn't play solid hockey for 60 minutes this weekend Bucky will bury them. I think a split or three points is a good result this weekend.

UND is going to have to play a complete game to beat the Badgers. No more sitting on leads. I think the Badgers are a better team than they are given credit for being.

It does appear that the league officials don't care if UND get run. Don't forget the Bulldog player that kneed Watkins at the final five last season as well. That pretty much ended Watkins effectiveness for the year.

Actually I think there are time I would rather drink Diet Coke, I love the stuff and drink it by the gallons. It's taste good with Captain Morgan as well.

We will see if there is another suspension coming from the league office or not... I think UND has a legitmate complaint in this matter and needs to make a complaint to the league office.
