The WCHA has officials so incompetent they can't call a game correctly. I can go and watch any WCHA or CHA game (they use WCHA officials) and I can make a list of calls that should have been made We have officials not penalizing the right person (Adam and Anderson), we have officials not watching the puck (Campion and Mason), we have officials not seeing potential career ending hits (Don Adam x2). We have officials reffing their former Schools games (Mason). We have officials that every time they ref a game they have a line brawl erupt (Anderson). We have league officials that can hand out the proper punishment after an ugly incident. We have league commissioner basically state that you have to basically kill someone to pass the one game suspension threshold.

I am beginning to think that the league officiating will never improve and we are stuck with mediocre officiating. Until the league schools decide to tell the WCHA they want a change and fail to renew Bruce McLeod

If you watch the play Anderson see the Wisconsin player fall out of the corner of his eye. I hope Coach Hakstol and the UND athletic department are protesting some of these horrible calls by the league officials. Zelkin reffed the MTU and UMN game and notice the low number of penatlies?

If I am not mistaken I think he still does live in Grand Forks, ND because I saw him out in the neighbor hood walking with the kids and wife.

What I have seen from Dell I have liked, in 2/3 of his games he has played square to the puck and really took care of his angles. In the one game I don't know if it would have mattered because the defense left him out to dry.

The Gophers had a few I think Bob Mason used to work for them but he is a Wild coach. Mike Valley works with the Badgers goalies.

That penalty should have never been called. Anderson should be put in administrative suspension along with Campion for missing the puck hitting the net behind the goal in Duluth. The refs are a joke.

I think UND needs to hire the Badgers old coach Bill Howard.

I watch that play yesterday after the viking game and I played it back about 10 times and that was a legit hip check the coachs should send the tape into the league office. While the refs have didn't cost the Sioux the game this weekend, you never know what happens if Kristo scores if I remember Kristo was in scoring position with the puck.

I like your list as well, I wonder if UND doesn't have to maybe slow the games down a bit till Chay gets back? I hate that kind of hockey but I have seen way too many forwards crusing past our defense as of late.

I like this years team but I agree they need to play a complete game, they need to keep skating and counter attacking and playing a high pressure game like Miami does. I would like to see them take the Motto Go hard or go home and no excuses.

Kinda adding to what 82SiouxGuy just said, there a lot of things that can be fixed as well. Christmas break is coming at the right time. Get a few healed up and maybe a couple of practices to right the ship, I heard in the coach post game comments that he plans on taking a few days off. Good idea.

I am in the process of rewatching last night's game and the first of the two penalties against Ben Blood was weak. Talk about finishing a check. The second one was probably a boarding call and I have seen them called a CFB.
