I went to Vegas about 7 years ago and we got a heck of a deal to fly UNITED from Fargo - Denver - Vegas... It was a lot cheaper.

It didn't happen a lot, just once in a while. You see it more now, because of the nickname going away.

This was a month and a half go. This person I talked to, didn't seem to grasp the concept that probably up about half of UND's fan base "isn't" in the regional area. I know what your saying though. There's going crap storm in about a month and a half when UND's fans cant watch the home games on the FCS or on DirecTV.

Good point, try writing a post game report with only UND, it doesn't work very well. Green and White has been around since I was here (1993) in one form or another....

I was told by Midco this summer, that they have no intention of putting Midco Sports Network on DirecTV. Their quote was, we want to market the product to our users in the regional area. I told the person on the phone that you don't realize the shortsightedness of that comment. So, I going to doubt that...

The offense is going to have to score a lot of points this year unless the defense steps up. UND's outside contain was horrible tonight. The defensive ends and outside line backers were getting hooked a lot tonight. Also, I thought that SDSU's offensive line took UND to woodshed. Also, Zenner is an awesome running back, he seems to be at full speed in about two strides. Zenner's long run on 4 and 1 was sick. I don't think he was touched on his way to the end zone. I am going to say, we need to give credit where credit is due. SDSU is a good football team and they are very tough physically. I wouldn't be shocked if SDSU beats the dirty Bison this year.

The key play was the 4th and 1 and Zenner takes it to the house, the guy was untouched and sprints to the end zone. He's one of the faster running backs that I have seen in FCS football.

That happened right in front of me and that was a horrible call.
