I am worried that the UND offense is going to make UNO's goalies look like world beaters.

He was a friend of mine and he was a hell of a football player. We were teammates. He was one nicest guys You’d ever met. He would’ve excelled in any sport he played in if he hadn’t been taken from us. He had one of the hardest slapshots I’ve ever seen. He blew people up,when he tackled them. He was a physical specimen. I was in Army stationed in Germany when a friend and teammate of mine sent me a letter about George’s death. It devasted our high school. My dad sent me a copy of a the hockey news and they covered George’s funeral. I still get sad today when read about his death.

He was one of the best for his age group in the state during his 8th, 9th and 10th-grade years. He's got the talent. Nice to see he's getting the training and doing what he needs to do. Last time I saw him on TV he looks a bit smaller leaner.

Hey @scpa0305 didn't he leave on his own accord? IRC he was whing and complaining about not getting playing time? He could've worked harder and stayed here. In JR's he was one of the top goal scorers in the USHL.

I think you could make the argument that Jones is a finisher. Check out this goal.

I think he knocked him out, he laid on the ice for long time. That's not a good hit at this point in a hockey game. I think you'd get supplemental discipline in the NHL for this hit.

I see you've been watching Slap Shot again.

Bet on a suspension for the hit. Don Adam was at the game last night and the consensus is that he'll be sitting tonight. It looked like Bast knocked him out.

How Bad is it? I predicting that UND breaks through and gets a sweep. 2-1 and 3-1.

Did you go on Twitter last Saturday night? There was a lot of fire Berry Tweets. Fans of other programs were actually laughing at the UND fans that want Berry gone. I would let the season play out and see how it goes.

First, today I was having lunch with some media folks after the press conference and I recalled a time UND went to B.C. and lost to a Canadian College Hockey team. That was also the same year that UND went to the Frozen Four. Obviously, they lost in the semifinals of the Frozen Four, but I think that season would be considered a success. I think it's a little early to get panicked. Like @stoneySIOUX @InHeavenThereIsNoBeer mentioned, UND was one play away from going to the regional finals during the 2016-17 season. UND also just missed the NCAA playoffs last season. IRC, the teams that got in, were actually behind UND in the PWR but won a conference playoff or whatever. I know they just missed the playoffs. There are 16 games left. A lot can happen between now and the future. I am not all that worried, the future looks pretty bright.

Some of these calls to fire the head coach are a little crazy. After the Frozen Four in Boston, I was invited on Jarod Thomas' radio show to make an argument why Hakstol shouldn't be fired (if after 3-5 years he hadn't won a title). Lucky for Hak, he went on to coach the Flyers and didn't put up with the constant fire Dave Hakstol calls from some of our fans. One time, during a Final Five, Jess Myers came up to me asked me if the fans that wanted Dave Hakstol fired were serious. I said, "they are." He shook his head and said, "wow."

Tim is a great guy. I thought it was funny.

I guess I need to find a new fantasy player. I hope he recovers fast. I did well with him in the lineup.
