Did you go on Twitter last Saturday night? There was a lot of fire Berry Tweets. Fans of other programs were actually laughing at the UND fans that want Berry gone. I would let the season play out and see how it goes.

First, today I was having lunch with some media folks after the press conference and I recalled a time UND went to B.C. and lost to a Canadian College Hockey team. That was also the same year that UND went to the Frozen Four. Obviously, they lost in the semifinals of the Frozen Four, but I think that season would be considered a success. I think it's a little early to get panicked. Like @stoneySIOUX @InHeavenThereIsNoBeer mentioned, UND was one play away from going to the regional finals during the 2016-17 season. UND also just missed the NCAA playoffs last season. IRC, the teams that got in, were actually behind UND in the PWR but won a conference playoff or whatever. I know they just missed the playoffs. There are 16 games left. A lot can happen between now and the future. I am not all that worried, the future looks pretty bright.

Some of these calls to fire the head coach are a little crazy. After the Frozen Four in Boston, I was invited on Jarod Thomas' radio show to make an argument why Hakstol shouldn't be fired (if after 3-5 years he hadn't won a title). Lucky for Hak, he went on to coach the Flyers and didn't put up with the constant fire Dave Hakstol calls from some of our fans. One time, during a Final Five, Jess Myers came up to me asked me if the fans that wanted Dave Hakstol fired were serious. I said, "they are." He shook his head and said, "wow."

Tim is a great guy. I thought it was funny.

I guess I need to find a new fantasy player. I hope he recovers fast. I did well with him in the lineup.

I would have to say, maybe not in football, but I think there's a case that the rivalry is alive and well in men's and women's basketball.

Well, UND will be playing them every year, starting next year from here on out.

Are we allowed to call people snowflakes? My wife yelled at me the other day when I called my 11-year-old daughter a triggered snowflake.

Press Conferences after losses with Hakstol weren't much fun. Usually, Virg and Brad asked the questions and we just went with that. He rarely if ever took a player to task in a post-game press conference. That was done behind doors.

With, or without those two, UND still has more than enough talent to beat the Golden Griffins.
