Yeah, those of us who don't think a Division I athletic department should be run like a high school athletic department. If you are fine with everything as it is, that is your prerogative. But don't be surprised that there are people that think the status quo is not the best we can hope for.

Then let's just drop FB. Or we can just drop back down to Division II, where we can win with a shoestring budget. Because I am sick of watching a lukewarm, milktoast product.

A&M probably built relationships with benefactors that have paid off and will continue to pay off for them. Although I wouldn't want boosters to have that much power.
