Don't care what the score is. 38-28, 56-55, 100-0, or 2-0. As long as UND wins we will all be happy!

Not only are we 17-1 in our last 18 home games, we are 9-1 against ranked teams in that stretch. And we all know who that one loss was, and that was a 6 point game. This team just simply plays better at home. The numbers doin't lie. And I think the crowd really makes a difference. UND Football 360 tweeted about the 2001 Semifinal game against UC Davis and making the ALerus as loud as it was that game. Many of us remember that game and how the crowd directly affected UC Davis ability to run their offense. Tha Al can get rockin. Need that typ of energy this weekend!!

Not meanig to bring in hockey into this discussion, but The latest USCHO poll has the Gophers at #1. Whichs means UND plays the #1 team in the country in both football and hockey!! Pretty insane. I would doubt that happens too often in college sports, a school playing the #1 team in multiple sports the same weekend!!

Screen passes. Lots of them. Lots of movement. Different sets. Never run the same on twice in a row. Throw in Quincey in there. Keep them guessing all day.

Here is a map of the current FBS schools. Seems like there is just one area of the country without an FBS teams. Hmmmm. I wonder if there are any schools in that area that could fill the gap!!

Why? Football game is at 3:00. Hockey is at 7:00. You really think there are going to be thousands of fans headed to Minneapolis for $75 tickets to watch hockey that would liukely be at the football game? The games aren't even sold out. Of the UND fans that will be there, I would say at least over half live in the Twin Cities area. If the Alerus isn't packed Saturday it certainly won't be because of of the hockey games against the Gophers that weekend.

Brining Quincey in on short yardage situations has really become a great option. We all know he has the ablility to pick up the first down and most of the time he does it. But pputting on film plays like we saw on Saturday where he flips it to a RB really throws a wrinkle into defending it. If he can read what the defense is doing, hewe canbe very seccessful in these type of game situations. Throw in a pass option when he is in and the D won't know what to expect.

As much fun as hosting a destination game and having 99% of the fans be UND fans, I think a game in Vegas against UNLF would be great!! Give half the seat allocations to each school. I mena, how sweat would it be to have half the stadium green and white, and the other half red and black. Would be visually awesome. Plus gives UNLV a boost plaing in a game against a hockey blue blood but still have it close to home.

Well, UND football is going to attempt something they haven't done since the 2018 season. Win more than 1 read game in a season. In the last 20 road games, UND is 4-16. It's no secret about our struggles on the road. It is still crazy how different this team plays on the road compard to at home. Night and day. Every game this season seems like the newest biggest game of the year, but in this conference, it is true. Need to get this win on the road. Not just for the record, but for this team to believe they can win consistently on the road in this conference and that they are a contender this year.

I would guess he played a big impact on flstering the defense.. I feal like they were keying in on him and he causes other receivers to be open.

My point was the playoff committee doesn't look at the polls when deciding playoff seeding and who makes it in. Sure there are parallels between the teams that are rannked high in the STATS poll and the teams that get seeded, but the polls are not used by the playoff committee.

Polls are fund to talk about and see where you stack up against the rest of the teams in the country, but they are meaningless. They have no bearing on the playoff rankings and who does and doesn't make the playhoffs. So wheile we can complain about our ranking and other teams ranking, it doesn't really matter in the end.
