I don't know who made the final final decision to start Simon...but i think it might have been the guy with the 55% wining percentage and a 3% winning percentage on the road. I highly doubt Isaac chose him...if Simon starts in Manhatten we know he's Isaac's guy and good luck...all eyes on you...if he's qb3 then we'll know that Bubba chose him. Either way this 20 year "work in progress" is pathetic....
