The Jones line plays up and down. The other 3 lines cycle and play puck possession the entire game. Borgstrom line draws the Bowen line or Gardner line as much as possible.

you have two shots there. Either Wooly takes it through traffic and hopes for a screen or a bounce...or he moves it point to point to get the tendy moving laterally. I favor the latter if the draw doesn't go right to Wolanin's wheelhouse. It didn't it was the right play. JJ can't ice that puck.

Miami is better skating and better positioned team in their system. We are really struggling.

wow. Miami's system really gives us fits. We can't get anything going. They are forechecking at least 3 and doubling the puck carrier. We have to adjust.

I think the issue was that we didn't establish our game. Yes, the first was a disaster. We looked like deer in headlights in our end against that forecheck. Later, we played better, but we were not able to establish "our" game. We played the game that was dictated to us, and we won based on some great efforts. We need to establish our game early. Fast feet, short accurate passes. Get pucks deep, establish and play possession.
