I would not. Penalty shot should be awarded if a clear breakaway is stopped by a penalty, not a partial breakaway

was the player in the clear and pulled down from behind with no ability of the defender to play the puck? He was not, he was caught, and Bowen even made a play on the puck.

yeah, I thought that was one of the most entertaining hockey games I've seen in a while. Both teams played up tempo. Lets have another good one for the encore and complete the sweep!
