To your point, Mark Twain once said, "there are liars, damn liars, and statistics." Anyone can selectively choose or bend whichever stats they wish in order to try to solidify or validate their argument. However, what the author neglected to mention (or failed to recognize) are the intangibles of this UND squad. I think all of us UND fans easily know what those intangible traits are which makes us admire and appreciate what this team has accomplished so far and what we hope to see them do going forward.

Yah-I have Direct TV and according to the tv schedule, UND and Miami play at 4:30 Mountain/5:30 Central and then immediately following, DU plays at St. Cloud. Channel 221. As of right now, FCS (channel 608) still states, "To Be Announced" so not sure whether or not they'll be showing any hockey on Friday or Saturday for that matter.

Anyone remember/know when the tickets will be mailed? I still haven't received mine and debating contacting them.

We saw Winger at the Grizzly Rose last May! Gotta say, relative to all the other aging hair band rockers, Kip and the boys have aged gracefully and Kip still has the vocal chops!

As a Central alum, I'm sorry they lost but I feel really happy and proud for Minot and west schools in general right now. A rising tide lifts all boats, as they say, so this has to be good for hockey across the entire state of North Dakota.

Moscow Mules are the bomb yo! There's a bar in Denver that serves them in copper mugs and they require you give them a drivers license or credit card as a security deposit because people kept stealing the mugs and they cost like, twenty bucks a piece!

Michigan State vs Minnesota tonight at 7 Mtn time on the Big Ten Network.

Don't exactly know what happened in their game last Saturday against Maine but I saw the Beanpot championship and I don't blame Madigan for being upset. It's got to be maddening for a coach to have to bite his tongue during or after a game and not be able to call out poor officiating and/or a poor call. Even the tv announcers thought that was a weak penalty to call in the OT.

Anyone have any dirt on why the two freshmen at Michigan State have been suspended?
