I was busy doing my part to contribute to the fiscal recovery of the U.S. economy...(little did my boss know, I was pretty much taking it easy for 8 hours today-gotta conserve my energy for Wednesday's U.S./Canada game).

Wow, that was a high stick but a great acting job by the Canadian player to sell it.

Great game. Finns seem a little out-matched but they're playing their tails off and are staying within striking distance.

U-18 team is highly skilled and fun to watch. I saw them play two games this weekend at CC and they are really good. They play with some grit too.

Does anyone know how countries qualify for the World Juniors? Every year, we see the usual countries-Sweden, US, Canada, etc. but then we see random teams like Belarus, Denmark, Jamaica, etc.

CC scores late in the 1st but USNTDP carried the play. Lots of skill out there for the Under 18.

Thanks! I currently get the sports package with Dish Network with all the regional Fox channels but I could've sworn there was also a stand alone channel called "Fox College Sports" that showed all the UND home games. Am I wrong?

So I'm currently with Dish Network but am strongly considering switching to Direct TV. Can anyone confirm for me what channel the UND home games are televised on and if I can get that channel through Direct tv? Thanks, I appreciate it!
