I would avoid Craigslist all together unless you can physically make the money for tickets exchange. Any time Western Union (or any wire service) is requested it is a scam. The Minneapolis Craigslist appears to be mostly scammers. I copied/pasted one of the scams that is still up. You mean the Gate City Bank Theatre. The hip thing to do is to keep the building name but sell the naming rights for what's inside i.e. Mall of America Field at the Metrodome.

St. Cloud beat Manitoba 7-4, but was outshot by the Bisons. It was 4-4 in the 3rd.

He grew up in Minot. His mom was a teacher at Minot high. He owns (or co-owns) 10 North Main in downtown Minot.

Chris Porter had an assist for the Blues against the Wild last night. Oshie was not in the lineup. VandeVelde added an assist - his line scored all three goals.

In its response (pdf) to a host of legal challenges brought against the Bush administration's 2006 standards for airborne soot and dust, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia refused to exempt the regulation of farm dust. The EPA has been regulating "dust" for a number of years, so the media story is a bit sensational (like they all seem to be). However, the EPA did recently toughen its standards significantly. The NY Times article is equally misleading. The EPA was regulating soot and dust long before 2006. 2006 was simply the most recent change to the government guidelines. My favorite dystopian writing is Harrison Bergeron - a Vonnegut short. I will wait for the US to get a Handicapper General before I ask for the check. Sadly this country appears to be going down this path.

There has already been some action in Congress. Letter to EPA They already regulate breathing (carbon dioxide). Why not regulate dust? George Orwell is looking more like a prophet than a sci-fi writer.

While I disagree with most of her politics, it is good for UND to have a high profile speaker. Napolitano is on the short list for Justice Stevens US Supreme Court seat, which while scary is not any scarier than having a 90+ year old Stevens on the bench. While in GF she can get a good look at all of the crime coming from the Canadian border In April 2009 Napolitano, trying to defend her plans to thicken US-Canadian border security, claimed incorrectly that September 11 attack perpetrators entered the United States from Canada. Her comments provoked an angry response from the Canadian ambassador, media, and public. In response to criticism, she later said, "Nonetheless, to the extent that terrorists have come into our country or suspected or known terrorists have entered our country across a border, it's been across the Canadian border. There are real issues there".

Michigan tore up the CCHA tourney and Ft. Wayne is a lot closer to Ann Arbor than Bemidji. I would like to see them win, but do not find it likely. My picks: Wisconsin to beat Vermont Northern Michigan to beat St. Cloud -= this is the most surprising, how can anyone pick St. Cloud? Wisconsin to win West in the easiest bracket IMO. Denver to beat RIT. Cornell to beat UNH. Denver to win East. - Another relatively easy bracket for Denver. Even with their bad play they should easily beat RIT and Cornell. The Sioux kept Cornell to around 15 shots both times they played. A hot goalie is Cornell's only chance. BC to beat Nanooks. UND to beat Yale. UND to win Northeast. - A homer pick, but UND is obviously playing well. My head says to pick BC, but I am going with the heart. Miami to beat UAH. Michigan to beat Bemidji. Michigan to win Midwest. - Tradition, experience and a hot team win. In the Frozen 4: UND to beat Michigan Wisconsin to beat Denver. UND to win #8 and we here whining about three WCHA teams in the frozen four for the next 12 months from the rest of the country.

I pressed "3". The lady I spoke to also sounded a little dumb and high, but everyone with a southern accent sounds a little dumb and high to me* That was a joke for all the southern Sioux fans
-
I called ESPN and was told there is no way the game will be on live except through ESPN360. I doubt the lady I spoke to had much of a clue. She said I was the first call she had heard of about NCAA hockey.
-
That refreshes things. They ended up breaking to the Sioux game for this in the midwest. During period brakes they would go back to the longest lacrosse game in NCAA history. This is not an exaggeration it was literally the longest in history.
-
I believe last year it was on ESPN 2 just in this part of the country. Not sure if my memory is right?

It appears the increased enrollment was to bankroll a $450,000 office and a $2,000,000 house.

From what I have seen in WF, there youth program is set up great, but run poorly. There are a ton of kids in WF, but still not huge numbers play hockey. Ryan Hale lives about a block away from me and I think he has kids about my kids' age. Maybe all WF needs is someone like him to get involved. Having a former Sioux player involved could not hurt enrollment. Also WF hockey is much cheaper for families given they are nicely funded by charitable gaming. The Fargo people whining about low numbers on the southside are full of BS. There are currently three junior gold (or whatever they call it now) teams in Fargo. If they have enough HS kids for three full high school teams outside of the HS league they certainly have the numbers to have a program at both Davies and South. North Fargo has been destroyed by low numbers. A client has a kid on the Pee-Wee A team that has been blown out nearly every game this year. Last time I talked to him they had lost every league game, including Valley City/Jamestown and Dickinson. There was a shift in N Fargo where younger families wanted new houses for cheap, none of which were built on the N side. From what I have seen this may be shifting back and younger families are now coming back to the N side. Hopefully they can get their numbers up in the next few year.

Unfortunately these idiots have Colin Peterson backing them up. Peterson has a lot of seniority which equals power in DC. Every engineering study done shows a MN diversion as making much more sense. Peterson's best argument was a ND diversion will "only" cost 200 or 300 more million. What's a few hundred million here or there. I am glad I moved to West Fargo last May.

From the MTS Centre - the current configuration for hockey is 13,769, however this does not look like it includes the suites.
-
USA hockey named four players as alternate captains and the IIHF only allows two alternates designated during games. I imagine they will take turns wearing the 'A'. 201 - CAPTAIN OF TEAM a) Each team shall appoint a
-
It is - currently the MTS Centre can only seat about 13,500 for hockey. I imagine they could reconfigure things to add a few thousand seats for relatively nominal cost. I was in Winnipeg when they were building it and it was touted as a facility that could house an NHL team when/if the NHL returned to Winnipeg.
-
Remember the Swiss beat Canada and the Czech's in the 2006 Olympics. Switzerland has fielded a competitive WJ team for the past several years. They only have a few NHL players, but they are still a talented team. Several of their players probably could play in the NHL, but choose the top European leagues for whatever reason.

In ND on B misdemeanors (like most 1st offense DUI's) there are only 6 jurors. DUI trials should be pretty open and shut when there is a valid chemical test like there was here. The defense did not have an expert, so the defense lawyer must have done a very good job blasting the Intoxilyzer and the field sobriety tests.

Public Record Search Insert the name you are looking for. If you want to search Cass County you have to use the link on this page. The Jury does not decide if there was probable cause, this is a question of law. The defense did not motion to suppress any evidence so they likely stipulated that the stop was good and there was pc to arrest him. Also the SD-2 (or SD-5 which most agencies now use) would not be admissible. The .12 was the result of the Intoxilyzer 5000. Since there were no witnesses for the defense it is pretty likely the defense lawyer just attacked the Intoxilyzer 5000, which sometimes works with juries.
